Disceptive insurance practices
When I first started setting up my appointments with this company, they told me they accepted my insurance and they are in-network, my co-pay would be $15. Then the Friday before my appointment, I received an email that said it would be $150 for the first seesion and $75 for each following seesion. Whan I asked why, they said they had to file the insurance through an affiliate insurance in my state. After emailed and trying to call I still haven't gotten anything from them. Each e-mail I get if from a different "person" but it's the same email. It really comes across like a scam.
