I signed up with this casino in…

I signed up with this casino in december. I made a few deposits totalling around £800 and won £2500 which i then put forward for withdrawal on the 21st of Jan 2026. I have received no update on my withdrawal. The chat function is straight to quite convincing AI bots and im not sure i have ever spoke with an actual person. There are no numbers to call and emails to support go unanswered. They suddenly tell you that despite there website telling you there is a 1-2 day withdrawal process, there is suddenly a 7-21 business day processing time prior to that. I am currently on 23 business days and zero update and the daily chat to complain falls on deaf AI ears 'just hang in there, we know how frustrating it is but we are here for any questions, thanks for being patient' rubbish.

I am thinking now this whole site was a scam. They take your money but have no intention of paying out your winnings. Dont use this site.
