I've given 1 star as I can't give less. To improve they just need to send out what was paid for. Cream was wrong colour, doesn't give you an Australian tan, what a total waste of money.

I’d prefer no star but can’t. Slow delivery, slow customer service response, don’t follow return policy, product cheap and don’t work coming apart from seams. Terrible steer clear of this company and save your money as nothing is good with this company

Absolute scam, ordered 2 solar lights for the garden. They turned up crushed but would estimate they are about a third of the size advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would have given 5 stars, but the button fell off.

Advert is very misleading as it stated buy 1 pack, containing 3 different colours, and receive 2 free, I received 3 pairs in different colours when expecting 9pairs, 3 of each colour.

Was advertised as new improved product, item arrived, and to my disappointment the items were old stock and limited to just 3 colours.

Avoid.

My first purchase was very successful but then receiving adverts for money saving offers I ordered again. This proved to be not as advertised and no use to me so I complained and requested my money back. This resulted in an offer of a small refund and to keep the product. This was no use to me as totally unsuitable for my circumstances. Since I‘be received numerous emails that don’t refer to my refusal to accept their offer and just say read their original offer. Despite advertising a statement that they only want a positive outcome for dealing with complaints they appear to hope I get fed up and give up. Trading standards is my next email.

Absolute con artists, please don’t buy from these people. They sent a completely different and incorrectly sized product and then will only refund when I post back to china. After first trying to bribe me to close my issue with PayPal. Only one star as I cannot give zero. They would be closed down in the UK.

The description for this company here is that it sells jewellery, but they sold leak proof underwear to me. It arrived totally not as described. They said it was cotton, but it is not. They said the items can be machine washed, but the label says hand wash. They claim that there are multiple layers in the gusset to prevent leaks and odours, but you can tell there is only 2 layers. The outer layer and the inner layer. I stupidly decided to not judge a book by it's cover and try out a pair. Other leak proof underwear pulls the moisture in and so you are not left feeling wet, but these do not do this. They remain wet. I've looked at the returns policy and to me it looks like it will be very difficult to get my money back, because it's saying you can not return this kind of item. I understand if I had just changed my mind or ordered the wrong size, but these aren't as described or fit for purpose. I will not be using this company again and I do not recommend them!

The underwear that we ordered was a scam. It was a cheap material with a high prise. I should have search for reviews before ordering.

Still my order has not shipped. They say my products are out of stock yet they are still selling them on the web site. It doesn’t say out of stock. Also the keep sending emails daily for me to buy more!! Not happening til I see my first order. If it comes and is perfect I will rewrite this and just complain about the processing of my order

The worst fashion jewelry store, they're scam and ripped off, I ordered a ring and they shipped its lost at the transit but they refused to refund my money back and kept telling me go to the post office check to see if the package there. How's stupid and scam they're

$12.99 looks very small when you a get a Gold Creative Adjustable Open Ring for it. The model B looks so much pretty than the model A. Yes you are right. I have ordered the model B. The ring looks like a small chain. It wrap my finger perfectly and looks really charming.

My daughter really excited after getting a nice necklace from Jolieaprile. The parcel arrived with attractive packaging with gorgeous color and design. I would love to buy more from them.
