A terrible experience.

I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress for a special occasion through John Lewis.
The parcel kept showing Evri had picked it up , but no sign of delivery. I just rang John Lewis to be told the parcel had been damaged or lost in transit. Why could they not tell me ?
I knew nothing about Jolie Moi before now but after reading the reviews I will not be ordering anything of theirs again.
A horrible experience.

Great service and communication

I purchased an inexpensive beautiful looking dress on line with Debenhams. I wasn’t expecting top quality because of the price. Ordered evening March 22nd, dress delivered on March 25th. The dress was stunning, true to my size 8, fabric flowed and was well made considering how in expensive it was. Sadly the dress was too long therefore returned to Jolie Moi. Easy return to Jolie Moi, great communication with both Jolie moi/Debenhams and

Lovely dress, lovely firm.

My first Jolie moi dress was from John Lewis, but as the Jolie Moi Website had more choices I ordered a couple more from there, planning to return one of them. Then I read the negative reviews and started to worry. As it was, the only negative in my experience was having to pay for returns. I encountered nothing but politeness throughout my purchasing, and actually, real kindness, in the way that Jolie Moi responded to a couple of questions I had. I found them a lovely firm to deal with. Just like their dresses.

Good range of dresses, efficient customer service but complicated return procedure.

I bought a Jolie Moi dress via Debenhams website, and had to deal with JM directly to arrange for a return. The experience was positive as they quickly responded to my email and sorted everything for me. I received my refund promptly, so no complaints.
I love their selection of dresses but they all appear to be way too long for somebody of the average height like myself (162 cm), and not just in length but also in the body, which means that the length can't be fixed by taking the helm up! Please, JM have more realistic measurements, we are not all super models!

Avoid this company ....

I returned an inferior purchase which was not as described on website. I returned the dress with the appropriate request form on 20th October 2025 and to date have not received a refund from this company. This is the worst customer Service I have come across.... I would NOT recommend purchasing on line from this company
I have e mailed today and I am not hopeful of ever resolving this refund judging by other reviews and comments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PURCHASERS FROM IRELAND
I have received an up date on refund when review was published they are to refund the costs within 7 days. I will await refund to further up date

Quick and efficient resolution

I have received support from JolieMoi on returns, both direct and as a Debenhams concession. In all occasions the response time has been excellent, their proactive response to resolve the issue and the resolution was all driven by the JolieMoi team.

No refund and No way of communicating

I was not happy with the returns policy but followed it. It was £5.40 to return the item via tracked Royal Mail, which I did back in August. I have not received my refund for the item purchased - the customer services email address does not work and the phone number does not go through ever! I hope you are reading this Jolie Moi Customer Service, as you are doing a fantastic job of hiding!!! How many customers have you done this to? The dispute is now with my Bank who have been really helpful.

Dubious returns process

I ordered 2 dresses which were lovelt but just didn't suit me. I hadn't looked at the returns policy - wish I had before hand! When I read them when wanting to return I was a bit suspicious. "We recommend you to email us the details of the tracking number, weight, etc. on your return or using our form below to inform us." I mean I've never been asked to share the weight of a return before.
Yesterday I checked my email to see I've been returned for one dress only. I was then asked to share my proof of postage which did have the weight so you can clearly see it was 2 dresses. If I hadn't had this, I don't think they would've refunded for both. Which makes me suspicious that they try this every time, just refunding for 1 item per package. Clearly there were 2 dress in the parcel, so why did they not refund for 2 straight away?

NO COMMUNICATION!

I returned a dress over a week ago through Royal Mail and have heard NOTHING from this 'company"! I'll be taking them to the small claims court if I don't hear in the next few days and I WILL recoup all expenses! Utterly disgusting. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

Beautiful dresses excellent customer service

I cannot praise this company enough. I have purchased a few dresses from them. The quality is very good. They are not expensive and the quality of their clothes is good. Returns are simple and refunds are handled within 7 days. I bought two dresses for my sons wedding the one I chose to wear everyone commented on how lovely it was. The other I returned but it was still a beautiful dress perhaps just not my style.

Stunning black and white maxi dress

This lovely black and white dress arrived extremely promptly, and – as I fully expected – it’s absolutely beautiful and so flattering on me (I already own their red/pink/black jersey version of this frock so I knew it would look fabulous on me! Rather long because I’m only 5ft 3ins tall, but that’s what heels are for, n’est pas? Or I could get a tailor to shorten it slightly so I don’t fall over my own hem (and feet) when wearing the dress to the office, which I fully intend to do – constantly.

Thank you for a wonderful direct buying experience.

Check inside of dress as well!

Lovely dress which was bought a few months back for a wedding this month. Unfortunately didn't check inside of dress as lining has been sown inside out with seams on outer side. Too late now unfortunately.

First class all round.

The dress I ordered was my first Jolie Moi purchase. It is a lovely, flattering design and is made from good fabric. The full lining makes it feel luxurious as soon as you put it on. Excellent ,rapid delivery in a well designed package.

I bought two of the same dress in different sizes. The quality and fit of the dress is great. I returned the dressed as per the return guidelines. I followed this up with an email. I received a response promptly and the refund was processed.
