The only reason they got one star for me is because you have to pick one. I ordered two pairs of shoes on January 25th 2020 and spent $32.70. Today is September 2nd 2020 and they will not respond to any of my emails and I have not received my product. Do not buy from this company. Unless you want to throw your money away

This is some crappy stuff that barely resembles the pic . Boots are super cheap with soles that are some cheap hard slippery plastic.
Just throwing all this crap away after waiting 2 months for delivery.

This company needs to be prosecuted!!! Facebook also needs to be accountable I spent $400 on a piece of s*** order that came from China nothing looked as advertised and no response after 20 emails of trying to return the items!!!

Placed an order in early December. Never received it. Only received a tracking link that never worked. Reached out twice to customer service and never got a response.

This place is a joke. They are crooks and scammers. They refuse to email me back after robbing me. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! THEY WILL ROB YOU. this company is as untrustworthy as it gets. Scammers and thieves. Your better off going literally anywhere else. I will never attempt purchase anything from here again. How they even sleep at night is beyond me.

I ordered some cute black Sweater Cuff Booties on 11/30/19 and received them on 12/18/19. I was happy that I got them in time for Christmas. The soles in the picture were really dark brown or black - the actual boots had tan soles. Eh, I figured it would still work. Then I put them on! Really? The material was so cheap and horribly put together. Then when I stepped the heels were pushing up into my feet. I put them up on the counter to inspect and there is a major design flaw! The heel, when flat, was the only thing touching the counter top - the rest of the sole is in mid air - thats why when I stepped the heels were pushing up into my feet. I contacted them immediately to get an authorization for return. The slip included with my package says they will respond within 48 hours. Nothing. I sent a second email and made sure I had it spelled correctly, nothing. Today I sent a 3rd email. The slip says you have to return within 15 of delivery. How am I supposed to do that if I can't get any customer service for the authorization or return address. RIPOFF! $56 down the drain. I will be notifying my cc company and Paypal and see if by chance, there is anything they can do to help. They offer 180 days to open a dispute. Crossing my fingers...

HORRIBLE is the best way to describe this company... DO NOT BUY !! I really regret not reading reviews before I wasted mkney!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
This company, just like BELLACOR, uses pictures from other legitimate outfits. What you receive is NOTHING like the photo though. Have to ship back to China at your own expense and wait to get PayPal or your CC to refund. Total hassle and waste of time.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

This company takes your money with horrible quality that looks nothing like the pictures. Need to return to China at your expense. SCAM. Should be prosecuted.

I finally did receive a dress, but it had no resemblance to the dress I ordered It was like a $3.00 costume you would buy for your child,and the size was huge for a medium. The fabric was a thin polyester (?). You could see through it!.
I paid $13.50 for expedited shipping and it arrived 10 days after the time I needed it, not that I could wear it. Do not buy from China. Unreliable delivery!!! I emailed jolienana at their customer service department and the company, to return this item several times and received no response. We also notified PayPal!

If I could give them 0 stars and still comment I would. They promise RA in 48 hours. It’s been over a week. I can’t even get a response!! I should have read the reviews first. What a rotten way to do business. FB pulls down political posts but continues to let these no good Chinese companies advertise and make fools of us!!

I will never buy again, I'm going thru same thing. I ordered a laptop bag as a gift. I was told 10-16-19 order is on the way. I have tried to reach out twice with no response to get the status of my order. I'm still waiting on my order. I put in tracking number that does not pull up anything. This is the 1st time I've been concerned about receiving my order that was placed online. I'm sure I'll eventually receive, now I'm concerned about the quality of item. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! terrible company, terrible quality products, zero customer service. I ordered a beautiful emerald dress for a wedding I was attending and paid for expedited shipping. It was "guaranteed" to arrive within 5 to 10 days... the dress never came until a week after the wedding!! I contacted customer service three times and did not get a response. My confirmation email said my dress was sent fedex but the tracking number they sent did not exist in fedex. When it finally came, the package had been sent via USPS, not fedex. And the dress was horrible!! Not even close to what was pictured online. This site is a disgusting sham. Now if I want to return my dress, I have to pay even more to return in!

I ordered my boots over month ago. They took my money, it's on my credit card to prove it and I have never received the boots. I don't know what to do !!. I have emailed them about 15 times with no response. It told me they were on the way,. Now they gave me a tracking number for FedEx and it's been pending for weeks now. This is like fraud. I'm so upset. I even put the photo of the boots on my Pinterest page because I loved the look/ style of the boots. I'm so disgusted. Scam/ Fraud. I just called my credit card company and they are sending me paperwork for Fraud. This is horrible and they won't get away with this.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This company is horrible. I usually research before ordering from a new company. I did not and am now paying for my mistake. The service is non-existent. The booties I ordered are the cheapest I've ever seen and they smell terrible. On top of that, they legitimately do not fit so I really need to return them!

Total Scam Artists. They claim that you can get a refund if you contact them within 15 days of your order. I finally got my boots after waiting a month. They turned out to be absolute crap. So cheap and very poorly made. i submitted a return request within 1 hour of receiving the product as per their return policy. Have since sent 10 more message to them requesting the authorization code for my refund. Have not heard a word from them. They operate out of China. Products are terrible. Do not buy from them.

Buyer beware. I ordered shoes I needed for work and was not notified that they were unavailable until after my credit card information was taken. I was told they would wait a week to ship so I could "select another item" however when I asked to cancel my order they immediately shipped the purse I had also ordered (for the purpose of offsetting the exorbitant shipping of $9) and told me it was "too late" to cancel.
