My order still hasn’t arrived(ordered in October) and despite three emails from me, I haven’t received a reply. Don’t touch this lot with a barge pole.

Order didn't arrive after 10 days. See other reviews, think this is a scam.

Order never arrived and never had any contact from them after taking my money - a scam, gift was also supposed to be personalised and there was never any input to put personalisation so if anything ever does arrive (doubt it), it will be useless anyway.

After buying a present, my parcel didn’t arrive I emailed 3 times asking for an update with no response absolute joke of a company would not recommend using them

The company cancelled and refunded the order without any warning. When I emailed asking for an explanation, there was no response.

Paid £386 for a chair and it's £500 everywhere else online! Good bargain.

A bit of a delay with the delivery but their customer service sorted it out.

I came across them through Instagram they offer a variety of products at great prices with amazing gift ideas for that special occasion I highly recommend great service

I was introduced to this shop and to the aromatherapy products by my girlfriend. We have previously bought aromatherapy from many places and been let down by the quality. This ones are fantastic. There is no need to fork a fortune for a 10ml of essential oil. We also bought a burner and a diffuser from them and they look super nice in our bathroom and bedroom.
