My husband and I went in for pet food and fell in love with a Kākāriki whilst in the Waterlooville store, Dave and Michelle were both amazing, helped us with everything we needed and were very insightful.. All I can say is thank you very much 😊

Bought 2 male pet rats from the Bridgwater store. Absolutely lovely animals and Eleanor who served us was extremely friendly and knowledgable - wouldn't hesitate in going there again :-)

Really pleased with the lovely friendly staff at the Runcorn branch, all of sales staff always have a nice smile and very helpful.

Jolleys Hailsham. Misleading prices for cat food placed adjacent to dog food, miserable unfriendly cashier not interested in resolving the issue and lacking the very basics of please and thank you. Hundreds of pounds a year will now be going elsewhere! Rude and unprofessional.

Went into Jolleyes for their wood pellet cat litter. The brand has changed but this seems less dusty than the previous brand they stocked. It is a good deal at 2 30 litre bags for £16. As always the member of staff assisted me in getting the two large bags to the car. On this occasion it was Francesca. Thank you.
The prices are comparable to other dedicated pet shops and they will price match if you can point it out online cheaper anywhere else. I spend quite a lot of money there and appreciate that service.

We have just had jolleys open on WestOne retail park Eccles manchster. I went to purchase dog food and hamster treats with looking into booking my dog for a groom. I tried to get the attention of the staff, which may I add was very sparse indeed, one member was on the telephone on shop floor so I tried to get the attention of the other staff to whom just ignored me and walked right passed me, so I went to the till, where the staff were quick enough to run to till to serve me. I then asked about the grooming parlour and when it would be open only to be told "Its already open" might I add with attitude. Upon entering the groom room , it was like the mari celeste not a soul about, I proceeded to track a member of staff and guess what I was ignored once again, so feeling very angry and let down I just left the shop, if this is how they treat me customers god help that shop because I can tell you it will not last in Eccles, we People of Eccles are polite , considerate and tolerable but Jollys certainly pushed me to the limits. I was so looking forward to becoming a frequent user of their grooming facilities for my pooch. I woild appreciate some sort of feed back if possible

Lovely service at the Flint, Flintshire branch yesterday. Bought a Bag of Chicken Pallets and the girl at the counter asked me if I need it taking to the car. I was so grateful that she asked, I suffer from Backache due to Kidney problems & I have a Disc that keeps slipping, but if she hadn't have asked I would have took it to the Car myself and then been in lots of pain. She was a great mind-reader.

After many visits and for a particular product and been told it was arriving that day regardless of the day of my visit nadeyne went above and beyond to help me and i now have a very happy dog cant speak for the rest of the staff but she is lovely and helpful 5*

Went into jolleys today and picked up some packs of dog food, and some loose bonio biscuits which had to be weighed. When I got home I found that the biscuits were missing. As I live in a village away from the town it just wouldn't be worth my time or money to go back in,so my poor dog had to do without.

upon visiting jolleys willenhall recently i received brilliant customer service off a young gentleman called jonathan. He answered all of my queries spot on and asked if there was anything else he could have helped me with. He was very friendly and happy to help. i would definitely recommend this store to my friends for all of their pets needs
