Good range of wildbird seed. Usually good offers available but do find it a little ironic and bit sadistic that cat food next to wild bird food in aisle as 55 million plus birds a tortured and killed by cats in uk each year..

A pleasant shopping experience for Django
Friendly helpful staff who take you to desired location in the store if needed. They recognise our pet, know his name and make a fuss of him. The store has a comprehensive range of products, prices are competitive and tokens and discounts are welcome. There is plenty of room to move around. There is support for animal charities. A pleasant shopping experience for both me and my pet.

Great pet shop
Great pet shop. Staff could do with being a bit more friendly and happy but as a shop/store it’s very good. Would be even better if there loyalty scheme was better!!!!

Where's the pick and mix?
I've been a Jollyes customer for years as I'm a dog walker.
I went in yesterday to stock up on a big bag of treats at the 'pick and mix' and was disappointed to see that there no longer is one.
The pick and mix has been replaced by rather stingy individual bags of treats on a shelf. 3 small bags for £5. Not at all cost effective if you need to buy a decent amount.
Please bring back the pick and mix.

Our first time using the store, good variety of treats
Our first time using the store, to purchase lots of items for our large breed puppy. This store has a lot of variety, and I really enjoyed my visit. Unfortunately not a lot of variety of kibble, for puppy, or what we were looking for ie large breed puppy kibble, with no chicken or beef but salmon in 12-15 kg sacks.
