I went on site to do my order for my pet I had obviously chosen pick up instead of delivery. I had to cancel original and reordered within 5 mins , site was again not working it locked up on paying option so I couldn't get order number or into pay for it , manager found my order and I suggestedusing my card number , under data allowancel he was not allowed to use my card, now I have to wait till either ill shop closes as I'm housebound or tomorrow to Try again on Monday I'm fed up with websites going offline for paying at weekends. So tomorrow so try again. over £50 quid of stuff.

The quality of Pet food and the range of products is just great.
My dog loves the range of Raw.
We are part of the pet club also.
What we love the most is the cheery disposition of Andrew on Checkouts who always greets you with a wry smile and a laid back approach if there is any more than 3 in the queue...lol.

The price of your bird seed in the large bags nuts and sunflower seeds is too much. Also the loyalty system does not reward the customer so what’s the incentive?

Being able to park nearby is an advantage.
