From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. they lied on the day by saying “the head vet said I wasn’t well and was not attending” so I had wasted my journey

They wouldn't take a booking then when I got HQ of jolleys do it.. they lied on the day saying the head vet said I wasn’t well and was no attending so I had wasted my journey I cancelled appointments and meeting to make that visit all the be unlawfully discriminated twice definitely prejudice and racist I am legally trained and am now in the process of making an example of bad business and am currently doing a documentary on far right extremism which this falls into that category directly. They clearly don’t care about animals or giving a good service to customers. I wouldn’t mind but the fact it was paid for I think they didn’t want to do the second one as they wasn’t paid for it. Shocking experience will never use Jolleys again.

I returned a pack of Sheba cat food…

I returned a pack of Sheba cat food after it caused my cat to vomit, explaining that the product was not fit for purpose. I was surprised to be told that refunds are only offered on “Jollyes” branded products. That response felt dismissive and not in line with consumer rights. I had to explain I have been a customer for 8 years to get my refund.

This is poor customer service and an unfair approach to genuine product issues. I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll continue shopping here.

Good service and plesant staff.

Good service and plesant staff.
I purchased a box of 80 Wiskers cat food, when I got home and removed the pouches I found (I believe due to the new packaging process) one of the pouches has split open and the contents leaked into the box. I returned to the store and after explaining the problem was given a refund.
