From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Great Service
The staff in the snowhill store always make me feel welcome and happy to help and answer any questions I have. They know what treats my dogs enjoy and took the time to point out all the new treats that they’d just had a delivery of, well impressed.

The staff at the Wakefield branch in…
The staff at the Wakefield branch in particular EDEN who's faultless customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. They obviously care and this is a reflection of their personal values. Working within sales in a corporate environment I appreciate good people and they are an incredible asset I hope you look after them..
One example of their attention to detail was putting specific food aside for me without asking using great intuition, thought and care. I am in awe and inspired by such young adults, this really is why people keep coming back, people buy from people xxx

The guy who served me is always a credit to your company. Going out of his way to help . Gives advice about different products. Polite & knowledgeable. But most of all it’s not a problem for him to get a member of staff to help me to my car with my purchases. As I’ve got back problems x

Snow Hill Branch shop
I have found that the staff are friendly and helpful. Being unable to do some things due to an injury they are happy to put my purchases in the car and when needed give advice on medication for my pet.
