Didn't have to queue for long and I knew my product was going to be in stock and ready for my arrival. Friendly staff too

I used to love Jollyes St Helens, but was really disappointed this time.
My appointment was at 12:55, and I arrived on time. While I was at the main entrance downstairs my dog peed on the floor and I had to wait for the staff to bring paper and spray for me to clean it.
When I went upstairs the vet had already left because she finishes at 1 p.m. I don't understand why an appointment would be booked so close to closing time.
When I asked to reschedule, the staff weren't very friendly and said the next appointment would be in a week. I've always liked coming to Jollyes, but this experience was really frustrating and disappointing.

Staff extremely helpful happy to give advice

As a regular customer of this shop for items for my dog I always find the stock low, and the employees unhelpful, particularly the deputy manager who was quite frankly argumentative and was unsure of where items were. Disappointing and I think I will try and alternative pet shop in st helens

Didn’t have the dog food I purchased in stock any more and the date in the voucher was confusing as it looked like 2nd March but was actually 3rd February- the date and month were the wrong way round so it ran out the day before I went to use it so not to best trip

The shop is laid out well with plenty of choice. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Pets are allowed, and plenty of free space.

Good prices, helpful staff, but sadly the groomers have gone. They were always handy for getting nails clipped anytime.
