Cannot thank Mel from Warrington Jolleys enough. What an absolute credit to Jolleys she is. She has gone above and beyond finding me additional puppy food for my pregnant Boxer and even collecting from local stores on her way in to work and way home! Good customer service is very rare these days, but Mel has restored my faith. She deserves recognition from Jolleys. Massive thank you from me you have been amazing! Thank you!

I had a great experience at Jolleys. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and clearly more than qualified for their roles. They were happy to help with anything I needed and made a real fuss of my dog, which showed me straight away that they’re true animal lovers.
I was also impressed to learn that alongside their vet service, some of the team are trained to a high standard and can prescribe flea and worming treatments on-site.
Overall, a really positive visit – excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Jolleys are so much cheaper than Pets at Home and other similar shops. They have a much better choice than supermarkets too. You can join the Jolleys pet club and get discounts and offers. The staff are absolutely lovely. If you haven't been yet, go and look for yourself.

The store had a nice choice for what I wanted for my cats and guinea pigs with some good offers. However, one of the advertised offers did not come off my bill, which is always a bit disappointing! 😕
