Visited Jollyes today at Monks Cross in York to seek advice from a vet. I am in York on holiday and my 5 month old puppy has blood in her runny stools. The 'vet', who isnt the usual one i was told, was rude, uncaring and completely dismissive and unprofessional. He simply told me to see my own vet despite me explaining i was on holiday and unable to do that.
Not good enough Mr!
The female member of staff i dealt with was the total opposite, caring and helpful.

Friendly staff at Stevenage branch. Sometimes they don’t have the stock of the item I buy. I would like them to tailor discounts to the individual- I don’t have a dog or rabbit but that appears to be the only special discounted emails I get.

Great service and value
The staff are so polite and helpful. The savings and good value of the items I need are amazing and there is always something extra to pick up. I got lights for my dogs collar and they were really reasonable.
