**Update** I change my review from one star to 5. I paid a lot of money for eyeglasses that included photochromic lenses (tints/darkens in sunlight) After I received my glasses, I tried them in the sunlight for a significant time and it did not darken. This made me very angry especially since I purchased two of the same and could see the difference between the well made glasses and the garbage. I contacted Customer Service and we had a difference of opinion as to the quality. They did make a great effort to make it right! They sent me a new pair of glasses at no additional cost to me to replace the bad product. The replacement glasses were received at exceptional quality. They have 10 stars from me for making it right. Very few companies nowadays don’t stand behind their products. Jollynova does stand behind their products.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from jollynova and uploaded my prescription when I placed my order. When I received my glasses I could see better without wearing them as opposed to wearing them. I contacted the company and they asked me to upload a copy of my prescription (which they already had since I had to upload before order being placed) and they never responded after 1 week, so I emailed them. They told me I put in the wrong prescription (I put it in exactly as ordered) and so they said they could make me new lenses at my cost and I could find somewhere locally to have them placed. So not only did I waste $100 but now you want me to spend more money and they not be right again, no thank you. I would recommend ordering from another company with better customer service!!

These are made in China and need to be shipped overseas, so be prepared for a looong wait. Bought progressive lenses, but I don't know what these things are. Completely unusable. Total waste of money. You've been warned.

THIS IS SCAM, THEY LITERALLY CHARGE YOU A LOT MORE FOR PRODUCTS YOU COULD GET FOR LESS ON ALIEXPRESS OR TEMU. IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO EVEN GET A TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER AND ITS SHIPPING FROM CHINA

I never received my order,it's been over 2 months,no refund as they/ someone stopped communicating with me.
Total scam! Don't do it, I lost 45$

The extensive selection of glasses made it easy for me to find exactly the frames I was looking for. Ordering couldn’t have been easier. I was kept informed with delivery.
The bonus came when my glasses arrived. The quality of the frames is as good as those costing three to five times more. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I would give them zero starts if I could. TLDR: unless you want to order expensive costume frames look elsewhere. The quality is garbage and the customer service is just as bad.

I ordered a pair of titanium frames I planned to put my prescription lenses in last month. To their credit I did receive the frames earlier than expected, but thats where the good news ends. The “titanium” frames are nothing more than coated plastic that feels easy to snap. The frames are crooked like they were made poorly or someone sat on them, and they are smaller than advertised. Their policy states a full refund for quality issues and I sent photo proof of the defects. Ive been in email correspondence with them for over a week now.
Round 1: I asked for a refund, they offered an exchange and I pay the difference for more expensive frames.
Round2: I say no I want a refund. They offer a 30% refund and I dont return the frames.
Round3: I say no, I want a refund and will report the business if a full refund isnt applied. I show them a screen cap of their OWN POLICY stating a full refund for quality issues. They offer me a 60% discount.

So Im here now. Im contesting the charge to my credit card company and putting Jollynova on blast. More like Miserablenova. What horrible customer service.

My glasses were stolen from my building on the day that they were delivered. I notified the company and now they will be replacing my stolen glasses. Thank you Jollynova!

Because i suffer from migraine headaches, I must choose light frames and titanium are my go-to choice. The frames are so unique and reasonably -priced. Shipping to Canada was very quick. My second pair is on the way. The sunglass clip is SO unique.

Great & quick response when contacted about a small issue I had. Great quality.

I had a problem with a pair of progressive glasses I ordered, I was unable to read with them. I emailed Customer Service and received a quick response. Daniel was very helpful with rectifying the problem. Jollynova ordered me a new pair of glasses of my choice free of charge. I now have an awesome pair of glasses with no reading issues.

Not well build. Glasses are heavy and the arms are not curved enough to go behind ears. Lenses seems very ver cheap.
It is a precription glasses, now they say no returns.
THIS COMING FROM CHINA... Do not order from them. Totally dissatisfied and MAD!!!

Glasses themselves, I would give 5 stars. They are beautiful. Only reason I gave 4 was it took so long for them to come. Because of the later delivery they issued a credit for apologies. (That was nice) They look really nice and my grandson has gotten lots of compliments . He also is thrilled to be able to see better. This was his first time having to wear glasses.He was so excited to finally receive them.
