The glasses are excellent with amazing styles. I love the different options!

But the customer service really sets this apart. The communication was timely and supportive and I was able to have corrections made even for mistakes I submitted. Truly a company that cares for their customers! :)

These are really good quality glasses. Prescription lenses are built perfectly and the design very modern. I will definitely be looking out for some more but couldn’t be happier. It’s worth noting I had an issue with delivery (nothing to do with Jollynova) and they (Daniel) were so helpful in resolving. Thanks again

Had a great experience with Jollynova recently. It was my first time ordering from them. First, the frames I got at the price offered was a real value. They were exactly as they looked on the website. Unfortunately, I made a mistake on one of the lense prescritions, so I had to reach out for a solution. Daniel at Jollynova was very quick to respond and handled the issue quickly, sending a replacement lense at a low and fair price. A local optometrist popped in the new lense (free) and now have a great new pair of glasses. Love them. Thanks to Daniel and thanks to Jollynova. - Mike

First of all Jollynova were by far the cheapest of several companies I have had varifocals glasses from. The styles they have are stylish modern looking and their customer service has been a pleasure to deal with. If you can wait for your glasses to be made they are well worth the wait. I dealt with Daniel who was understanding and efficient and best of all was the price saving me £300 if I had bought from a High Street Optician.

Great customer service ! I ordered 2 pair of reading glasses and experienced a small problem with both and when I emailed and told them they (which they responded in a timely manner) they replaced them with no questions asked.

My frames was sent to my PO Box when I got to the post office. They were unable to locate my frames, but because of the quality delivery that you all provided, there was an investigation done in my frames were found.

Dimensions for each pair of glasses are printed on their website, which is very helpful when determining the fit. Most importantly, they respond quickly to their customers' emails.
