Delivery address
I ordered as a gift and the delivery address was specified, and in the confirmation of my order is the gift address but in the tracking number shows that it's coming to my address not to where i specifically specify i wanted to send it which is in another city. I call 3 times to you customer service during the time when is open but was impossible to communicate with anyone. Package has not yet arrive, so i hope is a mistake in posti website and it actually gets delivered to the address i ask for.

Delivery is fast and everything is well packed. I have no complaints about delivery.
One of the parcels did not have the required number of fasteners for the shelf. There were defects in painting and fastening parts. I might have returned the goods, but on holidays I don’t want to mess with it, especially since the parcels are heavy and I don’t want to carry them back to the post office once again.
