Jon Brambles had sold the property to our late mother so when the time came for the family to sell it on we had no hesitation in using them ourselves.
None of us had sold a house for tens of years but the process was made easy for us and we were always kept informed through to the end.
We felt we were always able to discuss the situation during the months that the viewings and sale took place.

We chose Jon Brambles because he was the only one who we felt wasn't reciting from a book, and also gave us a realistic valuation on our property . Extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Director Jon visited my property for a valuation, unfortunately due to his poor people skills we chose to use another company. Jon felt it was appropriate to text me at 7:30pm explaining how disappointed he was that we didn’t pick Jon Brambles. Jon used inappropriate language, was very rude about our circumstances and tried to use his ‘sale skills’ to force us into making a decision without allowing us the important time to discuss/ make a decision that’s right for us.

I don’t recommend.

A big thank you to Jon,Vicki,Gemma and Sue. They were all very efficient and helpful and were always just a phone call away for any queries. Would highly recommend them to anyone selling a property.
