Shade 3 of the face pencil is the perfect color for under my eyes. So glad you all do the selfie pic to help determine face shade. I like the face pencil coverage so far; it’s been just a few days trying it out. I don’t particularly like it in a pencil, but I’m getting used to it. I like the quality of it for sure, and am going to try more products a little at a time.

I love all things Bobbi…This order included ther everything brush & 2 pencils. I also love the stick foundation - which is the perfect texture - the black mascara & the new stick blush.

I love Bobbi’s textures and colors on this new line, I’ve started converting all my makeup products to these natural, effortless looks however be prepared to try out different tones as it’s not as easy to find the perfect match off the bat. I recently had to exchange on two new trial colors that barely showed up on my skin/lips and their team was so helpful. The exchange process was as easy as checking in for a flight and the staff are all about the customer having a top tier experience, they communicate when there is a delay or a problem promptly and warmly.

Range of skin tones very comprehensive. Identifies product colors quite well so choosing a skin match was not too difficult using the online guidance. I tried three foundation colors. One was perfect. Customer service easy to work with. Foundation and blush formulas a bit sticky-feeling, stray strands of hair can stick to my cheek. Neither the Just Enough Tinted Moisturizer or the What the Foundation products covers all my flaws and discoloration (too many years on the beach) but flaws are softened. I prefer this look instead of the more overdone opaque look of mask-like full coverage.

Their customer service is excellent. I love all of the products I’ve tried, and the one time they forgot to include one of the products in my order, I reached out and they immediately sent out the product. It was practically instant. They are very responsive and incredibly helpful.

I love Jones Road products. I wear the balm on makeup-less days for a little glow on the go!!!

I have been using Jones Road for a couple of years. I love the products. When I’ve gotten a shade wrong (my fault!) they’ve helped me find the right one. The products are excellent but the customer service is superb.

The products are of very high quality. They are perfect for people of all ages. At first, I bought them for myself, but my daughters tried them on and loved them (especially the neutralizer pencil and concealers). I tested them to see if they really could cover wrinkles and dark spots. I am a 55-year-old woman, and it turned out that they exceeded my expectations.

Based on the photo I sent, the team has advised me thoroughly. I have not used the products till now. After I use them, I will know if the shades are OK.

For me, I don’t think it’s possible to buy on line foundation products. Even though I sent a photo as suggested, the products were not a match for my complexion. I also got it wrong when asked about coverage, choosing medium. The pencil for under eye was impossible to use, pulling at very tender skin. Not for this old woman 🥲.

Jones Road has best customer service and they are always so willing to help. Their employees are knowledgeable and kind. The products are A+ +!

I love the products! I’m just over 50 and I don’t wear makeup everyday anymore. So when I do, I feel like my old brand of products makes me look too done up. Jones Road on the other hand, gives me just enough color to look natural and glowing.

I was really excited to try the miracle balm and so disappointed when it arrived. I was guided to rosy blush (I thought it was a bit of a weird choice because I have red cheeks but I took their word for it based on the quiz). For £50 all in, I was expecting something very special. It didn’t melt into my skin very well. It had the consistency and smell of that make up you buy for Halloween. Cheap and greasy. It looked truly awful, like a Vaseline overdose for ten times the price. It also irritated my skin immediately. I couldn’t wait to take it off. With a so-called “clean” product, that shouldn’t happen. I’m asking for a refund. I’ll stick with my cheaper L’Oreal basic foundation. In my opinion, this is over hyped and a bad product.
