Gas Boiler serviced today. excellent work; thorough, clean & tidy, explained what he was doing. very proffessional.

Extremely professional, very clean and tidy covering all carpets and even hoovering before leaving! Boiler installation was done totally stress free even taking care of all paperwork. Highly recommend and will personally not be using any other company .

We had a boiler service booked with 'Jones the Gas' but unfortunately our boiler decided it wouldn't wait and threw a fit. A call 'on spec' to JTG resulted in a visit that very same afternoon. Dean is very 'personable' and it was a pleasure to have had him sort out our mischevious boiler....and carry out the booked service at the same time. He kept me well informed regarding just what was wrong and what he would recommend and the cost.
Would we recommend JTG? 100% yes. The fact that we will be having our annual boiler service done by them from now on says it all.
This is how service and tradesmen used to be and it is a pleasure to recommend them 'highly'.....and Dean's wife, who I'm told answers the phone enquiries etc is equally as professional and personable.

Always impeccable service by reliable professionals who fully understand and explain what needs doing!

Another routine service carried out by Dean - due to faulty parts my boiler needs replacing but Dean explained everything to me and I 100% trust his judgement, advice and recommendations

Jones The Gas is the first guy to call when you need a gas engineer. He has always been available to sort out our boiler problems. He has just fitted our new boiler replacing our 13 year old boiler. Very respectful of our home. Always appreciates a good brew 😌

Dean and Lee did a great job in our Garage. New sink installed and pipe work tidied up. We would not hesitate to recommend Jones the Gas!

Several radiators replaced. Arrived at the stated time and proceeded to protect floors and carpets prior to commencement of work.

Job well organised and work site kept very clean with final clean up on completion.

Brilliant! Had a quote for replacing two normal radiators for two towel radiators - turned up when promised and quote came through in a reasonable time.

We accepted and booked in, and Dean and Lee came back out not much longer after. After a bit of a battle with our boiler filling loop, they spent the day making sure everything was taken care of, including re-routing pipes so they sit nicely, making good the walls etc. Put down plenty of protective stuff as well for carpets etc, and took away all the rubbish.

Genuinely can't fault any of it, really nice people, easy to get things organised and end result is really professional and working great.

If they ever set up a boiler cover type service, I'd use Jones the gas in a heartbeat. Very happy and highly recommend.

Jones the Gas have provided an excellent service from start to finish for a replacement boiler. The communication and service cannot be faulted. The faulty boiler meant no heating but we were offered heaters in the interim whilst the order was being done. We were provided with excellent communication for the quote and fitting date options. The day the boiler was being fitted, Dean and Lee were respectful of the property putting covers down and once the work had been completed, cleaned up and took all rubbish away. We cannot fault the service we have received and will certainly use Jones the gas for all future works. We have made recommendations to family and friends already! Thank you Kaye, Dean and Lee.🌟

Had our boiler serviced on Monday. We booked it in ready for the annual service a little while back.
Brill service, arrived when expected, explained what had been done and Dean as always polite and informative.
Would not use anyone else.
