Similar story to previous. Ordered a custom bag 3 weeks ago 24 Nov 2022, and no update despite multiple contacts with customer service. Cannot recommend
absolutely disgusting piece of cheap plastic tat its about the size of my finger for a memorial lantern i ordered. paid nearly £20 its got 2 sides of dried glue and stick on pictures on the other 2 sides its all wonky
it took nearly 40 days to arrive im fuming 😡😡😡😡😡 they shouldnt be allowedto sell such trash

I am having terrible trouble getting my order from this company. Ordered in early November- Christmas decorations of Queen Elizabeth II for elderly relatives. They were full price then and not cheap, but the company seemed legit (I checked out their website etc. the items have still not arrived December 5th over a month. Never get a straight answer when I seek a refund from their customer services (always ‘Grace’ which I don’t believe is a real person). Looking further into company complaints (there are a lot) this is not uncommon and also the quality of products are low. I’m now so frustrated as have sent so many emails and just get evasive responses back. Be wary of purchasing from this company.
ON THEIR WEBSITE it stated order today and receive between Nov 30-Dec 5th....I placed an order for personalized Christmas items on Nov 22 and Nov 24 but only received email confirmation for 1 order so I wrote to the company and their response was a joke, said do not worry you will receive your items AFTER 22 WORKING DAYS.....I immediately filed complaint with paypal
