However when I contacted Jood they immediately sent a replacement which was very good customer service would use them again due to the response

Delivery issues.
After a number of delivery issues the Mounjaro pen arrived. Sadly the discount on offfer at the time doesn’t go any further so unfortunately it now over priced and unaffordable.

Firstly, I’m really sorry for the delivery issues you experienced. Around that time, we were unfortunately facing ongoing delays and service inconsistencies with Royal Mail, which understandably caused frustration for some of our patients.
As a result of this, we have now completely moved over to DPD, which provides a guaranteed next day delivery service with full tracking and significantly improved reliability. This change was made specifically to prevent situations like this from happening again.
Regarding pricing, we completely understand how important affordability is. Our promotional discounts are time-limited offers, but we are always reviewing pricing to remain as competitive as possible while maintaining safe, regulated pharmacy standards.

Disappointing
This company were great at first, but since launching their new website 1 month ago I have experienced multiple problems accessing customer services. There is only the option to communicate by What’s App / email & calls & messages repeatedly go unanswered. The new DPD delivery service requires you to be at home at the time of delivery and there is no option to reschedule, I am now without medication which I have paid for & not getting my calls answered.

We recently launched our new website and patient portal, and during the transition there were some unexpected technical issues which did unfortunately affect response times. That is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise if your calls or messages were not responded to promptly.
In relation to DPD, patients are absolutely able to reschedule delivery directly with DPD via the tracking link, select an alternative date, or redirect to a safe place or pickup location. However, if this hasn’t worked for you, we would be more than happy to intervene directly and arrange this on your behalf.
Being without medication after payment is understandably frustrating, and we take that very seriously. Please contact us directly with your order details, or email us at support@joodlife.com, and we will prioritise resolving this immediately.

I was poisoned from taking wegovy from this website, i suffered internal bleeding and very nearly organ failure. Do not recommend.
