great product and awesome product support
we bought a nomad hot water system, works great and super easy to set up and operate. we had an issue with pump and contacted Joolca and with a couple of days we had a pump delivered under warranty.
this is how all companies should operate!!!

Best product and service around
I have owned Joolca products for a number of years, had the V1 for well over 6 years, have upgraded to the more modern shower set up and pump, the limited issues I have had, got delt with instantly and professionally without delay, I one occasion I was camping over xmas in the far north in New Zealand in a remote location and my V1 pump died, so I ordered a new pump and it was delivered over the xmas holidays within 24 hours so I could continue my summer camping holiday with hot water.
Joolca has the best customer service and support I have ever come across, and I recommend Joolca to anyone and everyone.
You will not be disappointed with a Joolca purchase.
