I needed to return my order of Luna…

I needed to return my order of Luna Bianca trainers because I needed a smaller size to try . But tge return procedure is so very complicated I’ve never had to do much to return any item to other firms . They ask for photos of product from all angles , then photos of boxed item with return label on plus photo of return receipt . You have to download your own return label which is difficult as I don’t have a photo copier . It’s so difficult I’m having to keep the order . Don’t buy from this company unless you csn do all of this . Plus ots very difficult to contact them if you don’t download their app I won’t be buying from them again !

Customer service in Poland is not acceptable

This is my horrible expirience when using Polish customer service in case of two orders 67715280 - supose to canceled and money should be returned but I get answer from people in cutomer service that it is delivered...
Second is 67715274 which shuld be sent but it's not.
Overall different information every time I call, and I'm afaraid that lack of information, non professional approche makes expirience of buying on Joop website horrible.

Terrible experience in Parndorf

Terrible experience in Parndorf, Austria. I have bought a jacket and when I came home, I realised that it does not fit me. I wanted to return it for my money they told me they do not accept money returns. I exchanged it for a couple of sweaters which fell apart after a couple of washes.
Policy of Joop: low quality for as much money as possible

No communication

No communication. I placed my order on 4.4.25 and its still processing. They havent responded to any of my emails. Do not buy from here. They take your money and then ignore you. I've told them i want a refund within 24 hours or it'll be escalated.

Quickly losing a loyal customer.

I ordered two pair of pants. They are the exact same model and size. One is black and one is green. The green pants are significantly smaller than the black pants. They are a few inches shorter and narrower. I believe this is a manufacturing or labelling defect.

I have been attempting to return the smaller pair of pants for approximately one month. Customer service takes approximately one week to respond each time via email, and when they do they give an unhelpful and noncommittal answer. I get the sense they want me to get tired or simply forget.

I have been a loyal Strellson/Joop customer for years. However, this experience makes me think that it's too risky to shop with them - if there is a problem with your purchase you are on your own.

Ordered the JOOP Retron Coralie…

Ordered the JOOP Retron Coralie sneakers that would sell at about 180EUR initial price, and the quality is simply horrendous. I would not give any money on this, would not wear them even if they are given to me for free. I've have seen much better-quality sneakers made by Chinese street shops. Seriously how is this even possible?

time for my…

Waited very very long time for my clothes to arrive. When some of it did. The shorts had holes in them. And all the sowing coming of. Very poor low quality material. Boss writing coming off. And also with a pair of tracksuit set. All the writing coming off very cheap quick and easy Chinese material used. No labels and all the sowing coming of. This is as received. Nike sweat shirt which is not Nike at all cheap horrible material also all the writing coming of. One wash and you may as well throw it in the bin. I can not believe how there are such fraudsters out there that get away with this. Have tried speaking to there customer service and you won't get a reply ones they no your email or any ID of yours. They know who you are. And they will not reply to anything you are writing to them. Absolute big massive con. Am still waiting to receive everything else I stupidly bought from them as well. Reading the reviews I'll probably not get them. But seing the quality of what I've already received I am 100% sure if I received the other clothes they will be the same. I am not working and saved up to buy this clothes as I will be going in to hospital for surgery soon. And I have been completely ripped off. These people should be stopped. They rip you off keep your money and there is apsalutly nothing you can do about it. I've been trying to write to customer support team now over 4 days and they will not reply. Which is so frustrating. As i can quese by now I have been truly and utterly been done over. If anyone knows what can be done to stop these fraudsters get away with this report them. As you will be going through the same.

I bought a Jacket size 48 online

I bought a Jacket size 48 online. I found out that they sent me a size 50 with a paper tag stating size 48. Contacted Joop, got a returnlabel. So far no complaints.
Due to the covid situation I sent it back a few weeks later than planned.
After they received it they (specialist department??) descided that the jacket has been worn because it smels to perfume...., so I cannot get my money back and never got the right size jacket that I ordered. One big Joke. The jacket stayed the whole time in our wardrobe, never ever worn it besided trying on. Every amateur can see and even smell that! I am not finished with this situation!

I couldn't give them a o because there isn't one what a jock that site is never ever would i use it again i didnt realise it could take 75 days to deliver the goods and you cant cancel after 2 hours of ordering so I've just been robbed of £80 and by the looks of the reveiws ive got a long wait on either goods being a disaster or a fight to get my money back 😭

Robbed by JOOP!

Bought a leather jacket of JOOP! Jeans. The colour totally faded after I used a cloth with a minimum of water to remove a stain. After consulting 3 different leather experts, who all believed the manufacturing (colouring) process failed, I submitted a complaint to JOOP!. JOOP! responded to this complaint stating I shouldn't have used a cloth with a minimum of water to remove the stain, therefor they will not provide any help at all. So in conclusion they leave me with a stained superlow quality leather jacket which I can't wear anymore and they really don't care. I feel robbed by JOOP!.

Also the service provided by the reseller "Strellson" (Leopold Vanderkelenstraat in Leuven) was ridiculously bad. The owner was extremely arrogant and impolite.
