This company is a total scam!!!!! I order 2 items (retractable ratchet straps) for $36 only to receive one ratchet strap a month later and it wasn't even the one I ordered it was far less inferior it was probably worth about five but dollars. Luckily I went through PayPal but I still wasn't able to get a full refund. I got a partial refund for item I didn't even order!!!! I had to go back and fourth for a week receiving AI auto responses. Their business model is built on scaming!!!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! You have been warned.

Awful experience and customer service. I’ve never received my two orders totaling $80. I ordered in November and it is now January. I’ve emailed several times asking for my order to be shipped or give me a refund. As of today the “customer support” email came back as undeliverable. SCAM.

I ordered an Advent Calander puzzle for my sister. The pieces are divided up into 25 boxes. The pieces do not interlock. She tried 3 different boxes. I wrote to the company and no response. I am so disappointed as she is retired and I thought this would be a perfect surprise for her. So I am out $35.

UNSECURE WEBSITE
My husband needed work gloves for when winter gets here. He googled the type of gloves he needed and came across some gloves on joplop.com. He sent me the link and I was able to access the website from the link he sent me. The issue that I have is that I paid for the gloves and I even received an email with a tracking number saying they have been sent. But I can't check ANY shipping information because it is saying that this website is not secure. I can't go to SF express to personally track it and I can't track it on the shady joplop.com website either. I fear that I wasted my money and someone might get my card information.

I still haven’t received my order as it has not delivered to me yet. I have followed up with Canada Post as instructed by JopLop when I reached out to you to inform that I hadn’t received my package. Still waiting on Canada Post. Not a good experience.

Well got the T-shirts a month after ordering which is ok The T-shirts are said to be cotton. I question how much cotton is in it which is fine also but I ordered a size bigger cause sometimes I need to depending on the shirt I wish I ordered 2 sizes bigger cause the shirt is small on me LOVE the shirt(s) but wish they bigger
