I want to help and support other women in becoming the best versions of themselves. My goal is to help other women get to know themselves better and take more control of their lives not just health and fitness-focused but also regarding their mindset too. My fitness journey started 7 years ago and my biggest setback was my mindset and lack of confidence. I was eating shockingly low calories and spent a lot of time on the treadmill because I was too scared to head near the weights. I now work with women to build their confidence, optimise their health mentally and physically, find balance and a mindset that will take them to their full potential and beyond. I offer several 1-1 online coaching options to suit all budgets, and make results accessible for as many women as possible.

I’ve been working with Jordan for just…

I’ve been working with Jordan for just about 2 months I can genuinely see a difference in not only my strength but my motivation to workout, my attitude towards food and my overall mindset when it comes to fitness! Jordan is so attentive and accommodating to my goals and makes me feel comfortable and confident about what I need to do whether it’s at the gym or meals. I can’t wait to continue my journey in 2026 x

Working with Jordan has been nothing…

Working with Jordan has been nothing short of life changing. I found her online when I saw one of her body recomposition posts and decided to inquire further. I was in a plateau where I wasn’t over weight per se- but I was not happy with how I looked and felt. I was eating so little and losing no weight- and it was impossible to eat less. I was working out yet not getting stronger.
I reached out to Jordan and explained, and she immediately made a personalized eating and workout plan. I was eating 500-600 calories more on her meal plans, and actually started losing weight after a few weeks. With the right fuel in my body, I finally started getting stronger in the gym and seeing results.
I am the happiest with my body than I’ve ever been- not just aesthetically, but with how I feel. I’m calm knowing I’m taking care of my body in the right way. It wasn’t a 2 month quick program- it was a life change. I’ve lost 1-3kg, but the body composition is completely changed. It’s not always about the weight!!
Jordan’s programs are all about sustainability and thats exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for healing my relationship with food, being there during those hard weeks where you feel progress has stagnated, and empowering me to keep living my best life. She is kind, diligent, knowledgable, attentive, and supportive. I would recommend Jordan to anyone looking to make a change and get healthier. She is as good as they come!

Working with Jordan has really changed…

Working with Jordan has really changed my lifestyle for the better. I am so much more confident in myself and my mindset around food has completely changed. I don’t fear food like I use to and have been able to learn more about what my body needs to really preform well in the gym and outside of it too. I am so grateful to have her as my coach and trusting her with this process has lead me to some really good results so far and I can’t wait to keep going.

In 6 months, I’ve lost 5 kilos, look my leanest ever, and feel stronger than ever—plus I get so many compliments from people who know me. I never felt hungry or deprived, and the workout plans are clearly designed to make you stronger. Jordan is always available to answer questions and offer support. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for sustainable, real results.

Jordan is amazing!!

Jordan is a smart, attentive, and caring trainer who prioritizes her clients 100%. She has been so kind and supportive through my training process, especially when I was facing some health issues throughout my experience. I’ve seen such a significant difference in myself throughout my training that I will forever hold with me even when my training is over.

Do it, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been working with Jordan for 3 months now and already I’ve seen a change in my energy levels and motivation, as well as in my physical appearance. I’d got into a rut of not being consistent with any form of exercise or healthy habits, and I really struggled to find something I wanted to stick with. A friend recommended Jordan and I haven’t looked back! The workouts are great and it’s easy to track your progress, the meal suggestions are also simple and quick! Even though it’s virtual there’s definitely still the accountability there which is what I was looking for, and the check-ins from Jordan are frequent, even just a ‘hey how’s your week going’ makes all the difference! If you ever need a tweak to your plan it’s no problem, and super quick! I can’t wait to continue my journey with Jordan over the coming months and working towards achieving my goals with her!

Best Decision Ever

As someone who had previously had trainers who achieved results through minimal calories, multiple workouts a day and measuring every inch of my body, I had a lot of anxiety around getting back on a “plan” diet and exercise-wise.

With Jordan and Emily’s help, I was able to build sustainable habits around my lifestyle while still achieving the physique goals I had for myself.

I very much appreciated the mentality and wellbeing-first approach, and through my time on the programme I have developed healthy habits and skills I continue to use. Throughout the programme I felt supported every step of the way and the training and nutrition plans were constantly tailored to my needs. The gym workouts were tough without constantly overly stressing my body; the nutrition felt achievable and flexible.

Without a doubt, working with Jordan and Emily was the best investment I have ever made in my overall health and wellbeing. I would whole heartedly recommend the programme to anyone!

Working with Jordan this past 2 ish…

Working with Jordan this past 2 ish years has been amazing! I was at a spot where I was very unhappy with myself and the way I looked / felt. I knew when I started working with Jordan it was going to be great! While working with Jordan I was able to get into the best shape of my life and make some amazing lifestyle changes. She was always easy to communicate with and would get back with me in a timely manner. She was able to make changes with my macros that did not leave me starving and causing me to burn out. Every adjustment was easily doable. Definitely recommend working with Jordan if you are thinking about make changes for yourself! The things I learned with her will I will carry for the rest of my life!

Virtual but powerful: If you’re on the fence—do it.

Working with Jordan has been truly life-changing. This journey has opened my eyes in so many ways—especially when it comes to how I nourish my body and relate to food. I’m proud to invest in meal prepping, and healthier but balanced choices that make me feel strong, and energized.

Jordan’s coaching approach is incredibly thoughtful. I honestly didn’t expect virtual coaching to feel this personal or effective, but working with her has completely changed the way I approach food, movement, and even how I see myself. The structure, the feedback, the check-ins— it’s all honest, not cookie-cutter. Jordan and Emily challenge you, they celebrate your progress, and hold space for honesty without judgment. Their transparency about their own journey help create a safe space—one where you feel comfortable being honest, even on the weeks you are not your best. I don’t say this lightly.

What started as a reset has turned into a lifestyle, and honestly, you’ll wish you’d had found her sooner. If you’re looking for a coach who actually listens, motivates, and makes you feel seen—this is it.

Shameless Coaching Programme for Anyone!

Very happy with my choice to have Jordan and her lovely team help me reach my goals.

I’ve personally struggled a lot with body image and maintaining healthy eating habits + being active. Coming into this program my goal was pretty surface level (tone up and have abs by summer) but with Jordan and Emily’s help, that goal has changed to an overall sustainable and healthy lifestyle while still obtaining the physique I’ve been wanting. I’m 1 month into the 4 month program which includes check ins, a nutrition plan tailored to me and a fitness plan tailored to my goals. I’d also like to add Em is there to help with any support related to body image, mentality and wellbeing, which really helps on the days you may lack motivation.

This program is very open and versatile and I find that these coaches are here to help you. It’s not about what you didn’t do but what you can do better moving forward. These lovely girls set you up for success and also hold themselves accountable just as much as they hold you accountable.

If you’re new to fitness and want to get started on overall improving your wellbeing or reaching any fitness goals, I’d definitely recommend this programme!

I am so glad Jordan is my coach!

Jordan is amazing! She is so encouraging and really listens to help tailor the plan to your needs. The workouts have been challenging but I do look forward to them as they really push me, I am already feeling so much stronger and I can’t wait to continue training with her ☺️

How Jordan’s coaching has helped me in so many ways!

I started Jordan’s program in December and have loved it ever since. I love the workout plans she creates for me and my nutrition plan. I don’t have to go into the gym not really knowing what exercises I should do for the growth I wanted to see. It is so nice being able to follow the workout plan Jordan provides and see the work pay off. My glutes are actually starting to grow, which has been a struggle for me. Going into this program, growing my glutes was not even a priority on what my goals were, but it has been so nice seeing them grow! My relationship with food has also become so much better and I am actually eating the right amount of protein and nutrients that I need to be. This program has truly helped me in so many ways, physically and mentally. Jordan is also so kind and attentive to responding when you have any questions. Overall I am so so happy with my whole experience working with Jordan and all the help she has been to my fitness goals.

The turning point I needed!

I can’t speak highly enough of my personal trainer, Jordan. Working with her has been an incredibly empowering journey—not just physically, but mentally as well. She’s helped me grow so much as a person, pushing me to break through limits I didn’t even know I had.

Jordan’s training sessions are always challenging but achievable, and her support is unmatched. She’s not only crafted personalised workouts that have transformed my strength and fitness, but she’s also guided me with thoughtful and realistic meal plans that have made a huge difference in my lifestyle.

Her encouragement, knowledge, and genuine care have made every step of this journey worthwhile. Jordan is truly amazing at what she does, and I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to improve their health, mindset, and overall confidence.

Jordan is wonderful

Jordan is wonderful! My workouts are always changing so I’m never stuck in the same routine. She provides amazing food plan options so you’re never eating just plain old chicken and rice! You never only hear from Jordan during check-in time… Jordan always checks in at random just to see how you’re doing and is always available if you have any questions or concerns. Always very positive and supportive if you’re struggling. Honestly one of the best coaches I have worked with!

Post-baby was the most confident I have ever felt!

I started working with Jordan a few months after having a baby and honestly was the best decision I ever made. She gave me the confidence to get back into the gym, back into eating well and back into a bikini that same summer! Working with a coach has definitely given me the structure and accountability I needed to get back to feeling my best self post baby. Jordan’s approach was refreshing, from someone who’s tried everything to feel confident, I can honestly say post baby was the most confident I have ever felt. Cannot thank Jordan enough!

11/10 would recommend Jordan to help you feel and look amazing!

I came to Jordan to help me feel and look my best for my wedding back in May and she did exactly that! The whole process was great, I felt super on board with everything Jordan suggested and she was always super supportive in providing more information with anything I didn’t understand / needed extra help on.
I was someone that didn’t ever like fitness much, but she really changed my mindset! Safe to say I felt amazing for my special day xxx

Coaches who genuinely care about you

Jordan and Emily are simply amazing coaches! Having someone who listens to your needs is very important to me. Whether I needed to change exercises, meal plan, or was not feeling well, they both genuinely cared about me, I never felt like just another client. I cannot thank them both enough for the support over the last 9 months!!
