Jordans do not have an official website. Always buy off Nike. This website will promise you real shoes yet they are 100% fake even the title of “jordon” spelt incorrectly. Delivery also takes 15 days.... See more

Scam artists. Shut them down

Unfortunately, I could not get away with a zero star.
Firstly I bought a pair of trainers thinking they were an official Jordan Website which my son had purchased from them before but when I saw his trainers I wasn’t 100% certain as they were a different colour to what we would normally go for and something didn’t quite add up.
Anyway, I went and bought a pair of Jordan for Travis Scott and it was reduced from £1000-£140. Like they say… If it sounds too good to be true it must be fake. I cancelled my order immediately and ask for a refund after reading the reviews but they ignored it and sent the trainers anyway.. they admitted that the trainers were authentic and original, I do have this in writing by them. Anyway, I receive my trainers and not only the stink of glue smell when I opened the box but also the trainer wasn’t even made of the same material as this had a blue leather rather than a suede material. Immediately I asked for a refund and they said I would get this within 24 hours. 48 hours later and I did not receive my refund, thankfully my credit card company was able to get that back they claim to be from a website in New York and they claim to be backed by Nike. I have reported them to Nike, I have reported them to trading standards and also to the police after multiple threats by them when I called to tell them to stop harassing me and I was threatened with being handcuffed and beaten and my trainers taken off me. Funny thing is, I would’ve loved them to come and knock on my door because let’s not say how things would turn up for them. Now the police, action fraud & the office of fair trading are investigating them. They claim to be a New York Website with an address in New York, but with an English mobile number and an Indian accent on the other side of the phone. I look forward to seeing the results and helping to bring their Website down. This is their address details…

Fake Shoes - Avoid!

Ordered a pair for my daughter. She sent me the link as her friend had ordered from them & didn't notice the o instead of A. Only queried when the transaction came in as Hong Kong $ so had to pay the foreign transaction fee etc. As expected the shoes came back, obviously fake. Wrong colour & dirt on the bottom. As others said started with the 10% refund. So will proceed with Credit Card company.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alert

Alert! Scam Warning!

I ordered a pair of shoes online from the UK, only to receive a counterfeit product. When I contacted them to return it, they engaged in absurd negotiations, starting with a mere 10% refund. After multiple emails, they increased the offer to a 75% refund if I kept the item. I refused, and they eventually provided a US return address—but without a return label, making it costly to send back.

Reluctantly, I accepted their 75% refund offer, but they never issued the full agreed refund. In the end, I had to dispute the transaction with my bank, which successfully recovered the remaining £8 for me. It wasn’t about the money—I just wanted to expose their scam.

Beware! Their website looks convincing, but the domain is "jordon" instead of "Jordan"—a sneaky trick to deceive buyers. Avoid them at all costs!

Who, where, what… fake site

My son found this site, checked it was based in USA, it looked like a drop site, but once ordered the payment came via a suspicious company based in China, (wintopay) and payment and was to ‘lp* slyvanas fashion’. Not related to the website we ordered from. The order date was ahead of my time zone in UK so clearly came from the East and not USA. I did manage to cancel the order within hours of making it, and while they accepted thae cancellation they still managed to refund around £10 less in the process- bank says this is what was repaid- not costs added by the bank so vendor issue. This is a dodgy site- it is not at all clear what you are buying or from whom, it misrepresents and charges too much for fake Jordans and even if you realise quickly enough and comply with their cancellation policy you incur costs- good money earner for them. Beware.

What a scam

What a scam. Son sent me a link to jordan website for trainers for Christmas. Quickly ordered them. Only to see the confirmation email which looks like a child made it, it says jordon! I honestly thought it was ordering official Jordans and they are fakes! Paid 145 pound. No sign of them. Well and truly scammed. Bank informed

I have finally received the trainers…

I have finally received the trainers that I ordered for my son….
I have never seen such a terrible fake! I have emailed to request a refund but I think I’ll end up having to going via the bank. Thankfully I paid on the credit card.
I should have know once I’d received my order confirmation…. It was comical. A picture of the trainers in the box with the address label placed on top. No other genuine shop would do this.

AVOID useless customer service and all they do is fob you off with a load of lies

I order some Jordon 4’s on the 28th October for my son and it’s now the 27th November and I still haven’t received them. I have sent approximately 54
e mails back and forth first there was a delay then I was sent a bogus tracking number for Evri but Evri didn’t have them for another 2 weeks I was told they were stuck in customs and to please give them another 1-5 days and they will be delivered. Again I checked with Evri and their live chat advised me to contact the company and tell them to either send a replacement or to refund me as they have never received them. This company did neither so I had to do a charge back on my credit card, I’m still waiting for the refund because Barclaycard gave the company 30 days to respond before I will receive the refund. AVOID this company just pay extra and use a U.K. company

This is a scam and fraudulent company

This is a scam and fraudulent company. Made an order and was sent a dodgy shipping confirmation. Investigated further and realised it was scam. Requested a refund which is yet to be received. I have reported them to the authorities and will take it further if I don't get the refund.
