Still no response

Dear Joroto

I'm not able to reply directly to your message below, but my order number from Amazon was Order No. 206-0924022-2629157 for the MR26. Also, Trustpilot does not allow including email addresses in reviews. I have emailed your support address numerous times and so you will have my details there. I look forward to having the matter resolved.

The rowing machine came BROKEN

The rowing machine came COMPLETELY broken - more specifically the blades inside the water component. There is no phone number to call and it was a gift purchase. Now i dont know how this will be resolved and have no gift. Im so disappointed, this never happened before with a package.400 down the drain as ill probably never get a response.
