We have just had 3 Toshiba Haori units installed by Josa AC and the service from the initial phone call to the last day of installation has been fabulous.
A big thank you to Jess in the office, Lee who came out to quote, Chris & Shay who installed the units.
Lee explained in great detail how the systems work and and the different options and units available.
We chose the Toshiba Haori units as these were very asethically pleasing.

Air Conditioning fitted to bedroom, fantastic service, professionalism and attention to detail seldom found these days. Highly recommend.

Had air-conditioning fitted for shed, someone came to check over the area, and recommended a unit, sent me all the relevant information so I could have a look and check it fitted my requirements. No pressure selling, then came along a short time afterwards to fit my air conditioner very speedily, took time to go through how to operate it.

This company did what they said they would do when they said they would do it at the price they quoted.
I found them excellent to deal with and Jess especially nice to speak with on the phone.
The guys did the job in good time and left everything as they had found it, even in below freezing temperatures.

I have been wanting air conditioning in my home for a long, long time, I am so glad I finally chose Josa-AC for the job.

From the very beginning they have been amazing, quoted very quickly, Lee went through all the options for me, giving me different brands / combinations to choose from within my budget, very knowledgable and listened to exactly what I wanted. Went with a Midea split system with 4 internal units in the end.

Booked in for install so I could still get it done in the school holidays. Jess organised everything, communication was fantastic all the way through! Install went super smoothly, the lads installing it were brilliant, checking I was happy with positioning of units etc in each room before putting them up, super clean and tidy in each room, wouldn’t notice they had been in if it wasn’t for the new unit in the room, and no matter how many times I said they didn’t need to take their shoes off every time they needed to be in and out, they still did bless them, which showed the respect they had for my home at all times. They are a credit to you!

Josa are a delight from start to finish to work with. We have had 4 air con units installed over 3 different visits, and an annual yearly service conducted so I can say their excellence is consistent.
Our most recent experience was to fit a unit into my husband’s workshop. Josa quoted for our original requested but also went out of their way to quote for a more cost effective solution, they did this knowing the business was already theirs. This is a testament to how they truly take care of their customers.
The installation process is very efficient, everyone is professional and friendly.
We have renovated an entire house over the last 2 years and I wish every company we worked with was to this standard.
I would personally recommend them to anyone considering the installation of air conditioning and have reached out to Josa, to offer testimonials as I am so pleased with their work.
Lastly I will say to anyone who is unsure about having air conditioning installed, do it! Both myself and my husband have commented that it’s one of the, if not the best additions to our home.
