Words can't explain how awesome the program and structure of the JRF program really is even more amazed he's from my neck of the woods 5+

Quick and easy, but it really leaves u to put in allot of work, even tho the personalization might not be that personalized as u might wish.. but for me this works perfect, makes it easier following a diet or even planing my Meals wich corona and being single makes for a few bumps in the road tho.. 😅

I have good experience with JRF. Satisfied results. Would love to continue with his diet plan.

Awesome app and program...makes everything easy to follow and get wicked result's I've lost 11kg in 7 weeks on the JRF keto diet so far...

This is the wisest choice I have made in the past 3 years along my fitness journey, you can't get anything better if you have been struggling with not achieving and hard to find what the problems are, or difficult to make plans and stick to plans.

Iv been a JRF MEMBER for a little over a year, I’m not sure what these people complaining about. He’s definitely not a scam, the meals are delicious af. Very helpful customer support, they don’t “support bullying” Iv had my personal comments from the Facebook page removed because it wasn’t helpful information. They charge you the right amount every week, 7 dollars and change. Your meals change every month. Depending on what results you want (lean bulk, weight loss (keto)) etc. you can easily edit foods you don’t like or are allergic too, sometimes things slip through the cracks, but you just hit the clockwise arrow next to the meal, and in 10 minutes you get a different meal. Not sure what they mean by bland, you obviously can’t use processed ingredients if you want results.
It’s for anyone that can make time. If your excuse is “nightshift” or “family person” you’re not committed enough, and that’s on you, you find a way to make it work. Prioritize your meals and gym time, it’s not designed for one demographic of persons, that’s ridiculous.

I actually LOVE josefs meal plans. I hate cooking, however the meals on Josefs plans are super easy and simple and I have a variety of 7 different options which include 3 meals and 3 snacks per option..
I also like being able to post up on the “members only” Facebook page where everyone is super supportive and when we’re winning, they’re all cheering, and when we’re struggling, they’re all encouraging.. this includes Josef and co.
Last but not least, I almost always get a response to my messages within the same day..
I would definitely recommend :)
It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve already started to notice the change

I haven't even signed up to the plan. I was half way through entering my contact details and I got a text message from them. I hadn't even sent my details. Something dodgy going on. So I am staying well clear. Glad I didn't enter any bank details.

There dedicated meal plans are generic the replies you get when asked to change things aren't helpful. I've been on there meal an workout plans for 2 weeks and already want to cancel it dont waste your time and money especially if your a shift worker because they don't have answers and tell you to work it out on your own.also you want help from a coach to get info because there support is useless its between $30-$100 a month depending on sessions and length otherwise your on your own.also don't bother if you want family friendly meals dont bother my gf is also quitting the service because of there unhelpful replies.

I cancelled after one month. You're not getting much for what it costs. The meal plans are so bland and boring. It seems like there was barely any effort put into them or the platform itself. You can find better meal plans for free online.

Their app is horrible, their website is pretty poor. They provide promos making you believe you're making a one time payment for 4 months of their service, and then they provide no notification when it "renews".

There are many better options out there! Stay clear of these fools!

THEY SUPPORT BULLYS - DO NOT RECOMMEND

1) Their meal plans are custom, everyone gets pretty much the same thing, its very repetitive and gets boring very quickly

2) They are supporting bullying which is disgusting, they are letting people get away with disturbing behavior just because they are making money from them. When confronted they are basically saying they don't want to get involved and sweeping it under the carpet. When they should of taken a stance from the beginning and distanced themselves from everybody until it was resolved but they haven't. JRFWITHTHESKAMS is a joke, its a money making scheme and i no longer want to be associated it. Also the coaches thing is a joke, half of them are bullies themselves.

JRF is dodge, dont even go there. STAY AWAY

Sadly I am expecting similar issues with this training site. My card has been charged 4 or 5 times recently and I had signed up to the services 3 years ago! I never signed up for any monthly services. The emails I get in response state they cant find my information, and so they cant cancel anything, yet again today I had a charge attempt for $97 dollars. Luckily I load this card and it's not my actual credit card or bank card. It's a scam. Avoid them.

I used to follow Josef for several years back and i felt like he was the real deal compare to all the other workout scams that are out there.
Unfortunately this guy is only after your money and does not care about his clients.
I signed up for the program and had done 6 weeks of the program and then i got sick for 2 weeks. I contacted the customer service as to what i should do but they couldnt help me at all, they said i should just start the workout program again when i feel better. They didnt care about freezing my account or help me with the two weeks i missed. Very disapointed and also tiered of seeing his clout chasing Miriam on all of his snaps stories, so i unfollowed him.
Josef is so desperate for fame and attention that he comments on lil pumps posts just to get some more attention in his direction. Marketing not on point

They Rip off your money when you enter card details and Save your card number without your consent. Had a very bad experience with them. Never put your card details.

These guys are totally scam . They are just sitting to grab your money please do not provide them credit card detail
