Joseph Homes have caused a huge amount of upset to local residents by negotiating to buy and demolish four structurally sound Victorian homes and build 70 flats in an already congested South London street. After conversations with our local councillor and residents association the company is now showing total contempt for local people by completely ignoring, or even acknowledging our emails. Even if they have dropped out of the purchase it would show at least some degree of social responsibility to inform the community of the status of their plans.

We recently bought a flat through Joseph Homes. Their customer service operative Chris provided excellent service in order to help us resolve any snags with the property. His advice, availability and eagerness to assist proved to be invaluable to us settling into a new home. Great job and many thanks Chris!

5 stars for the sales team service from introduction to the buying process. We were very lucky to have help from a team of Linda and Saida. The green and organic concept is well delivered by the interior design.

All the issue observed after purchased almost 6 months ago were addressed and repaired by Joseph Home through a handy report to fix online platform. Majority were quick turnaround, big thanks to the operation team.

Similar to other developers, there are always things to improve, it could be the building management for the internal public space such as ground floor reception and elevator condition and disorders post collection area and the car park condition in regards to the floor and water. And maybe due to a good insulation applied to the building, we had a couple weeks of a very warm internal temperature during summer on a top floor flat.

In overall, we are very happy to give 4.5 stars rating to the team, very well deserved. We will recommend Joseph Homes to our friends.

After initially deciding on purchasing from a much larger developer, we decided at the last minute to instead purchase a 2 bedroom apartment from Joseph Homes. We have been extremely satisfied with them at every step of the way. The flat is brilliant and we are very happy that we decided to make the switch.

I was really happy with the execution of the JH sales team - particular mention to Saida and Linda. The flat looks great and I would be happy to recommend JH to friends. I was particularly pleased with the ease of the negotiations and how efficient the sales team were.

There have been a few snags but there is a process to deal with this and the care team have been responsive which is great.

Joseph Homes flats are a better quality build than any of the other flats we viewed and they were a pleasure to deal with. Julie from the Legal Team was delightful, Caroline/Linda/Saida from the Sales Team were very friendly and helpful, and all the contractors that have done snagging were excellent. Joseph Homes complete everything to the utmost quality with a design that requires no alterations so we have only had to furnish. Would definitely recommend them, they go above and beyond

Our first conversation was with Linda and she was on-hand to answer all of our questions and provide support from start to finish (even on her days off). Both Linda and Saida went to great lengths to accommodate our requests and we are truly grateful and very happy in our new home. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Linda and Saida have been great throughout the sales process of purchasing a 2 bedroom flat in mill hill.

In an area surrounded by new developments, Linda stood out as she had a relaxed and consultative approach to the sales process, genuinely interested in understanding our needs and working in partnership to help us find the best possible options. I don’t believe I would have purchased flat had it not been for her approach.

Saida was great in post sales process and was incredibly helpful in navigate all the follow up items, again very consultative professional approach!

We had a really positive experience purchasing our first property (a 1-bed apartment) from Joseph Homes at No 1 Millbrook Park.

The sales team were always friendly and keen to help.

Of course there were some snags, as is to be expected with a new build property, but we have found the aftercare team to be very proactive in arranging for these to be fixed.

Thanks also to Julie Crawford who helped us to push through our purchase just in time before the expiry of our tenancy at our previous property when we experienced a last minute delay with the bank.

Linda and Saida were brilliant throughout the experience. This was our first time buying a property and they were very patient with us and accommodating of our needs and requests. They were both always very quick to respond to emails and calls and overall provided a great environment in what can be a stressful experience at times

Linda and Saida from Jospeh Homes have been absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers the process can be quite intimidating and scary but from the moment we first viewed the flat and eventually leading to completion, they were exceptional from start to finish. No question was too silly, they were available whenever we needed them and were just completely attentive and accommodating to all our needs. This was the first property I saw in my property hunt and after visiting many other new build apartments in the area Joseph Home’s Millbrook Park apartments couldn’t be matched. Excellent quality finishing and modern open layouts with excellent views of the park really made them stand out. Even after I had received the keys and completed the handover, Saida and Linda have helped me along the way in getting settled into my new apartment.
