Found Joseph Jewelry, doing an online search for a custom engagement ring. Being from Minnesota, and Joseph Jewelry in Washington I had some concerns. I will let you know that I had many questions, and their team addressed them all in a timely matter. My fiance loves her custom engagement ring, and we look forward to Joseph Jewelry designing her wedding band. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with questions on jewelry or who is looking for something special.

From the initial contacts through their website (very well done, user friendly) to the final adjustment of the ring, they've been helping me all the way. I am originally from Bellevue but am living abroad now. I looked everywhere for a place that would be able to provide the specific antique engagement ring that my girlfriend had described. What I found at Joseph Jewelry was someone that really knows what they are doing, a real craftsman that is hard to find anywhere else. They worked with me, promptly responding to emails and able to interpret my desires into precisely the ring I had pictured in my head. The ring is elegant - the attention to detail makes me almost jealous she is the one wearing it. But that just goes to show I'll be coming back when it's time to buy the wedding bands.

I was looking for a jeweler to design a ring with using my engagement rings diamonds. I found something similar to what I was looking for on their website and immediately went to Yelp to see what reviews they have gotten. If I am trusting someone with something as precious as my engagement ring, including a large diamond, I want to be very careful. The Yelp reviews were outstanding, so I felt good to go to the next step.

When I started a project on the website, they immediately reached out to let me know they were available for any questions etc... It was a no pressure situation, but somehow they made me feel very comfortable even in that one email.
Throughout the process and with each major and all of the minor tweaks and changes, the designers were ultra patient and helpful. I am very detail oriented and I ask a lot of questions and at no point did I feel rushed to agree to a design or make a decision. They were very very helpful all the way through to make sure it was exactly what I had envisioned.

When I received the final product, there really are no words for the amazing ring I was delivered. It was sparkly, shiny, beautiful and better than I ever could have imagined. It is a stunning one of a kind piece of jewelry and I am constantly getting compliments on it.

I will absolutely use Joseph Jewelry again and recommend them to anyone.

I chose Joseph Jewelry because they are able to make custom design engagement rings. The nice thing was that I was able to bring in a loose diamond and I was treated with the same respect as someone coming in without a loose diamond that buys the entire package. I met with Danny and Usiel to design my ring. Danny took his time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgable. There was an immediate feeling of trust. I even left my diamond at the store for storage until the ring was designed and created. Danny showed me that my diamond had a GIA serial number laser inscribed under the microscope to reinsure that this was my diamond. Once I left the store I communicated entirely on their website through private messages. Usiel responded within 24 hours of any message (except Sundays as they are closed). They will make any modifications as necessary until you are completely satisfied. The whole process took less than 2 weeks which is half the time projected! Thank you again for the lovely ring and great customer service.

We had a ring that needed to have fixed and they did a wonderful job! Their staff was friendly and helpful and the job was done right away. Very happy with their services.

Their on-line system made it easy to follow the progress from design to creation with prompt followup to status inquiries. It was truly an amazing experience, especially for what I was wanting. I designed my ring myself, and while they made suggestions, they stayed true to the design I wanted. The design of Joseph Jewelry is very special and will make every woman look and feel special about them self.

Joseph Jewelry made the process of designing and purchasing an engagement ring seamless. They explained the different levels/qualities of diamonds and worked with my budget to design the perfect ring. An online account was created when I committed to a ring, and before the ring went into production they sent a digital 3D image to confirm this was the ring I want. From that point on my account was updated and Joseph's was quick to respond to the couple of questions I had along the way. The ring is amazing, my fiancé loves it and receives wonderful compliments. We will definitely return to design/buy our wedding bands here, and recommend to family and friends!

We had Joseph Jewelry make a ring for us. I found one in the jewelry case that I liked and had my own stones to use in it. Joseph Jewelry designed one that was similar but had some unique features. Once I received the ring and wore it for a while I realized one of the stones wasn't quite what I wanted so they switched it out with a similar color. I get compliments all the time. I would recommend Joseph Jewelry for all your jewelry needs. They do great repair work also!

From the very beginning to the day I received my engagement ring the staff at Joseph jewelers has been there every step of the way. They remained patient when I kept coming up with new ideas to add to the design and were helpful coming up with other ideas as well.
