Shipment delayed - I have not yet received the product
I have not yet received the product I have been asked to evaluate. I keep getting notices that it will arrive (i.e. I need to be home) and then it does come. To receive a notice asking how I like the product that I have not yet received means that the company does not care enough to track its shipments properly. This is poor customer service and unacceptable.

Nice design, reasonable prices, good materials. I love e.g. their linen courtains and wooden furniture.
Be aware of their handling fee. During sale period one can not even open the site or it crushes during the order process. The "search" function is very poor, you rarely find the things you look for or site crusches again.
