It said we would get our order in 1-2…
It said we would get our order in 1-2 weeks. More than 2 weeks have passed now and no news, no updates, no package. Customer service also just told us to wait without actually checking our order number. It’s all rather frustrating!
Updated: got an email from customer service, saying my order went missing and I need to re-order everything anew (the amount will be refunded). Of course I understand that mistakes/accidents happen, but I knew something was wrong a week after I got an email that the package was sent (from Zwolle) and yet PostNL still hadn’t received the parcel. And I called customer service that day. However, Jotex customer service did not even check my order number and just told me to wait 1-2 weeks for my order to come through. Then almost a month after I initially ordered the black-out curtains and we have had to put garbage bags on the hottest/brightest month of the year in our bedroom that we share with our 3-month-old baby—they send me an email following my Trustpilot review, telling me that I simply need to reorder everything AGAIN because they can’t even resend the order. Nope. I'll find my curtains elsewhere.

High service costs.
Update: I am happy „terms and conditions“ are on the website. I would be happier if you indicate how much a product would cost me from the beginning on. And don’t add 50€ service costs for a 200€ product at the very end when I am checking out. Didn’t know I need a lawyer to buy a chair.
