Not the best experience
Everything was well packed and shipping was quite fast. However, the glasses looked way lighter in colour in the photos. But that's fine, I understand colours may differ in the pictures. Besides, I received a wrong item instead of one thing I ordered. I sent the complaint and after a week still haven't heard from them.
Edit: the situation was solved and I got a refund for the item and the shipping cost. When I managed to get in touch with the customer service everything went smoothly

Worst support ever!
I placed my order and it was meant to be delivered within a few days. But no delivery. After three weeks after hearing nothig from Jotex, I contacted them. After a couple of days thet respinded saying that they would look into it. But nothing happened. I heard absolutely nothing for the following weeks until I decided to contact them again. This is now months after I placed the order. The response I get is that they couldn't find my order, they would reimburse my my money and I had to place a new order. And if they would do it for me - I would have to pay extra for it!? Worst support ever! Will never buy from them again due to this.

My delivery was split in two deliveries. One parcel arrived at the pick-up place I had requested in my order. The other parcel arrived in some pick-up place in some distant area, that I have to drive 30 mins to retrieve.
