Jotform made it easy for my viewers to provide demographic info to me. Nobody wants to fill out forms that are not user friendly, so Jotform fixed that by providing a stress-free way to submit them quickly. Jotform is perfect for any type of form building. I even built a quiz form for my viewers who don't know how to follow rules. haha!

Jotform has been great for our pet boarding, daycare, grooming and training facility. We heavily rely on jotform for our day to day needs which includes our check in form. Without jotform we would not be able to run our day to day operation. We highly recommend Jotform to any other company.

We have been using Jotform for about 3 years. Prior to that, over 30 years in my previous business, we wrote custom code for customer applications . That required learning and using many difficult programming languages and a great deal of time. It also required we hire independent contractors ( as many as 15 at our peak) to provide the apps required for a host of small to large corporations that required signification cost and implementation leadtimes.

Using Jotform, we have been able to create customer apps in a pittance of the time previously required - hours instead of multiple months - to accomplish the same tasks. Savings to our customers are dramatic. The impact on our bottom line, productivity, profit margin and time required follpow the same curve.

Jotform continously improves their offerings and - including increasing ease of use & productivity with the addition of ai. Creating forms, apps, databases, on line forms, on line payment links and a host of other too numerous to mention capabilities. As the owner of our company, even I am able to do this stuff now. In addition, their 24/7 support, 10,000 modifiable sample apps and tutorial videos are GREAT!

No matter how many times you try to explain to them that they have banned your IP address, they do not listen. We tried downloading a bunch of our files all at once, and within 24 hours, our main server IP was banned. They refuse to look at their logs and continually waste our time. Very unknowledgeable support staff. Why they refuse to check the logs. I don't know.

Let me be real—I’m running multiple businesses, managing nonprofit work, planning events, and trying to keep everything organized without losing my mind. Jotform? It’s one of the few tools that actually helps me breathe.

Turns off your forms for no reason after you pay for campaigns marketing etc
No verbal communication
Discriminatory practices that aren't consistent for honorable businesses- One day mid business day we receive an email no verbal communication no possible method to contact a real professional that thinks...we're told after being in business for years that our forms are turned off because we need to prove we are in business after paying for years now they have hurt our marketing- no communication- these people are in another country terrible efficiency no verbal communication no common sense they have taken our money and instead of seeing our website addresses they have seen before and our government licenses etc we receive some terrible email non common sense email that tell us were not in business today after twenty years of licensing - we don't suggest jotform- they pick and choose the company they believe is a company after taking your money you may not get your form submissions and won't even know it because they have some unintelligent person sitting up on a computer all of a sudden telling people they aren't in business... asking us for id ....social security card on email to activate our forms mid business day mid month- we can prove everything

Jotform has been so easy to use! It's very user friendly, and helps me bunch all of our responses for training into one sheet. The addition of all the fields I need really helps me breakdown the data, and see what areas we can improve on to make it more actionable for our teams.

Following my comment on enforced security measures on forms, Jottform made effort to explain it and now I am testing it, no more checking is seen (so far). I add only two points in case of use:
1- The support team was a bit unaware of how this works and one reason for my feedback was the mixed messages I received. They can check the log, and perhaps make sure the agents pass proper information.
2- I appreciate the policy for protecting users, but you can consider that there are users who may not be as tech-savvy to deal with complicated verification models (moving a part of a tractor in place??).

they make it super easy for me to make the forms I need and when a client completes them they get automatically sent to me which takes a lot of hassle out of getting the necessary forms.

Their service is amazing! I can't believe the free plan meets all my startup needs! I promise I'll switch to the Bronze plan once my business grows.

No way of calling for help no one messages you back been trying to fix issues and speak to someone regarding upgrade account for 4 weeks now

Jotform is extremely user-friendly. The drag-and-drop builder makes form creation fast even without technical knowledge. I’ve been able to automate workflows and reduce manual work significantly.

One of the features I value most is the Approval Flow system — we set it up so that HR fills out their part of the form, then it automatically goes to the Manager to fill the rest fields and submit it to the IT department.

We managed to customize the flow so that when the IT manager denies a request, the comments are automatically captured and included in the notification email back to the Manager for corrections.

Overall, Jotform is a complete solution that combines ease of use with advanced workflow automation. Highly recommended for teams that want to streamline approvals and communication.
