Ordered a set of teardrop 2s with tape and triangular forms, unfortunately Jo messaged the next working day to say there was an issue with the teardrop 2s and she wouldn’t be able to send them out, she gave multiple options regarding just sending the triangular forms, cancelling the order or discussing changing to a different set of forms. I ended up going for the teardrop 1s and it arrived the next day as promised and I couldn’t be happier with the products.
Jo is a great example of why small businesses are great, quick and clear communication and a personal touch you just don’t get from bigger brands. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Jo to anyone and will definitely be shopping again myself

I have used enhancers for 20years but always a basic one. When I needed new ones they were out of stock so I had to start searching. And then I found Jo!! So much choice and information. Found the right ones, easy returns on the ones that weren't suitable and quick postage of a spare pair. And I look a better shape - what more can I ask. Thanks

I contacted Jo very last minute with quite a big request regarding my daughter and she was so helpful and understanding. She suggested various options and advised that what didn’t work for my daughter could be refunded. So I ordered various options and they arrived the next day and one worked really well for my daughter and the returns form was very very simple to complete so the returned items are already on their way back. Jo adds that very personal touch that other vendors cant or don't want to do.

She is very willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you get the perfect product, that's important when it comes to the breast forms as there is a huge range to choose from and Jo does her utmost to ensure they are 100% correct.

The sizes and weights are always as stated and she adds those little touches like special wrapping and discrete delivery options that makes the whole experience of shopping with her, a delight to do.

I have bought many forms off her over the years and I find she is very reasonable on price but never compromises on quality.

It's always a pleasurable experience dealing with Jo, and after a confidence building experience with my first forms, decided to try something much larger. 800g teardrop style 2 is intimidating out of the box, but whisper softly to you, reasuringly. They are made to be worn, so comfortable and with a good bra no tape is required, they just want to stay!
Yet another awsome product, rocket boosted confidence awaits..!
Jo talks about confidence a lot, and seems to do everything possible to boost everyones she deals with as much as she can. What a star!

I'm a total novice with enhancers and hadn't a clue what I was doing, although I knew what I wanted to achieve. In the end I ordered what I thought was the appropriate enhancer; then read rather more of Jo's information and started fretting. So emailed to suggest I cancel and reorder something more appropriate.
That initiated a really useful email conversation. I ended up with my original choice, and when they arrived 2 days later, they were totally perfect. I've worn them every day since, and may wear them for the rest of my life. Exactly what I wanted and needed, to the nth power.
Cannot recommend Jo highly enough. Five stars is not enough.

At the end of May, I contacted Jo with the online form. She replied back quickly. Very friendly too.
Exchanged several emails.

I decided to buy size 10 enhancers.
Delivery only took 2 days.

They are soft enough to almost feel like real breast.
They are a nice weight. But not too heavy to be a drag.

The size was right as they fitted one of my existing unpadded bras.
However, with 3 padded t-shirt bras, the enhancers were too big.

I knew I would have to buy new bras.
My birthday is on 1st August.
So, at the end of July, I bought some new lingerie as a treat for myself.
This is the reason why have left writing a review until now. As I wanted to see what the enhancers were like with the right size bras.

I am really pleased with them!

Just 3 days after placing order it arrived, what excellent service. Jo is very efficient and always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Cannot rate Jo highly enough I needed something as had to have my burst implant out after 30 years and am left a little bit lop sided ! Explained it all and sent pictures to Jo and she recommended a certain size when it arrived I thought it was going to be way too big but it is perfect she is certainly knowledgeable about her subject ! What a great company looking for a breast enhancer for one boob that has not developed in my daughter as she is too young at the moment for the doctors to get involved what a great response really helpful and made our purchase and was 100% the right one for her cannot rate this company enough if i could give 10 stars i would could not do enough for you very helpful so pleased will definitely use again again and again

I ordered the little chicken fillets to give me a little boost following weight loss, and also the all-rounders. Both are brilliant. I had struggled to find anything small enough for my frame so the little chicken fillets were perfect. The all rounder is great and gives you a lovely shape under clothes and a subtle boost (works well also with the boob tape for a bit of extra peace of mind).

I originally went for a bigger style as well, which turned out to be too large for me. I returned and exchanged for a smaller size (which is also fab).This was easy and Jo was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Great website! Purchasing from Jo made me feel feminine, confident and excited about my purchases. Exceptionally informative videos made choosing the right product easy too. Loved the friendly, informal nature of Jo's descriptions and advice; like having your own personal fitter! Choice of packaging really important too, when you don't want anybody else to know your secret!!!!!

The site was extremely easy to use, the delivery was quick and discreet, and the forms are absolutely phenomenal. They're my first pair, and they're beyond anything I might have imagined. As a trans woman, these were vital to my expression, and they're doing so much already.

I bought via Amazon, and they cocked up the order. So I contacted Jo via their website (after a short Google search). They replied within 90 minutes offering a next day replacement before even arranging to return the incorrect item. They then arranged for royal mail to collect from my home (so no need to print labels etc) All few days later.
The replacement arrived, as promised, the day after first contact and I'm over the moon. I was really made to feel like a valued friend rather than just another faceless customer. The confidence I've gained has given me a bounce in my step. Thank you soooooo much Jo x
