just receives money and doesnt sent gift cards they say contact through whatsapp/email/instagram dm but when you do they just ignore you

It takes time to respond... Just be patient with them they will give you the code... It took me over 24 hours... But finally I can say they are reliable.... Thanks for to the team and please try and communicate with your customer so they don't jump ship to spoil the image of the brand... You need to be active (fast) with your customer care team.
