Great value for your money
The trip was well organized, and the prize was amazing. Though there's definitely a few things that could be improved.
Traveling between the cities we visited (Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo) was clear and easy with tickets in the mail and clear instructions.
The hotels in Osaka and Kyoto were good, clean, pretty modern but really small and with seperate 1 person beds, but the hotel in Tokyo had a single, small 140cm bed. We, 2 dudes tall and over 100kg, and not a couple! It was undoable and we had to book an extra room to be comfortable, this was an additional 380 euro to the trip. Paying a bit extra for the upgraded rooms is definitely worth it.
I do wish Journaway had a login page and/or app for comfort, where everything would also be available iso continously scrolling through a 30+ page pdf to find the voucher you're looking for.
But all in all a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Well organised but….
Generally well organised. We had a big problem getting our flights rerouted ( to avoid the Iran, USA conflict) and for a long time leading up to the holiday were unsure if we would need to cancel. They were very reluctant to change the flights and kept saying everything was normal even though the foreign office were advising not to travel through Doha and our insurance would be invalid ( we checked). Our flights were eventually changed to direct flights with Vietnam airways 2 weeks before departure . This caused us real stress as we had asked for this to be addressed three Months earlier. The itinerary although generally good could have been better , on a couple of occasions we arrived late in the afternoon and had to leave early in the morning so did not get a chance to explore the area, despite having long journeys to get there. Car Journey from Halong bay to Tam Coc took 4 hours and we then left at 11am so we had no chance to explore this lovely area. Also we flew to Can Tho and checked into the hotel but had to leave again in the morning to drive to Rach Gia to catch the ferry. It would have been nice to have another night there to visit the area. The hotel on Phu Quoc, Sea Sense resort, was very nice but unfortunately on the wrong side of the island for the prevailing winds. The sea was very rough and none of the beach facilities were available while the Eastern side of the island was calm.
Overall we did enjoy ourselves and found Vietnam a very interesting place to visit and everyone we met were helpful and pleasant. We would definitely consider visiting again as there is so much to see. I did try to leave a review on the Journaway website but after writing copious words and leaving the required pictures it wouldn’t save!!!

We had an amazing trip booked through Journaway and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, communication was easy, friendly, and professional. Any questions we had were answered quickly, making the planning process completely stress-free.
Everything was organized perfectly, and we truly didn't have to worry about a single thing during our trip. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, with the perfect balance between relaxation and sightseeing, allowing us to enjoy every destination at a comfortable pace.
The excursions we booked were also excellently arranged and ran smoothly from start to finish. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into every detail of the journey.

Japan trip of a lifetime! Highly recommend
After seeing an advert for a 2 for 1 deal for Japan, we checked trust pilot and saw Journaways fantastic reviews, so wanted to give them a try.
Booking was super straight forward, quick and rest was left to them.
We had an incredible trip, with absolutely zero issues. When our flight home was cancelled, they quickly looked into the issue and our options.
They provided us with a comprehensive document of any pre-bought tickets, which were at excellent times and included the side of Shinkansen for Mt Fuji (sadly, not visible on the day).
I couldn't recommend them more. A fantastic company, offering great deals. Will certainly look out for deals in the future!!!

And everything worked seamlessly
gradually as the trip unfolded we realised that a lot of thaught had gone into the detail
All the hotels were handy for train stations or subway
and even the seats booked on the Shinkansen were on the mt.Fuji side of the carriage!
Little details like that made this trip just great

Very well organised trip to the Lofoten islands and the North. The geography speaks for itself butvthe stops planned for us worked well. There is a lot of driving but spectacular. The company sells trips to other country's customers so we gradually met up with them and this wss an unexpected bonud.
Norway is expensive, few hotels had kettles etc and car parking is charged nearly everywhere and expensive.. but still a great holiday.. in fact many friends are now planning their trip and we would recommend the company and expect to use them again

Wow wow wow! The “Rice and shine the land of dragons” 18 day private tour of Vietnam by Journaway blew us away. It’s was so much more than what we expected. Trip to Japan: Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo. Deal 2 for 1.
Good price, easy booking & most important things taken care of, i.e., flights, hotels & transport between cities, as well as some days of public transport in Tokyo.
We were able to plan the rest of our trip & what we want to see. It's really nice that when you book, you have the option to upgrade to higher-quality hotels (though I wish there were more options to choose from). When we had questions, communication was very easy, and responses were quick. Overall very happy & would use services again!! (already started looking for a trip to Peru later this year :) )
