I was trying to order from Standard…

I was trying to order from Standard process and thought this was it by the way it was presented.
Then, somehow my order became a subscription which often happens on sites but reputable sites actually warn you before that subscription ships so that you can make changes. Not this one, they just shipped it. Then you have to really spend some time to find out where to cancel...you don't just get the option under manage subscriptions...you have to scroll, scroll, scroll. Be careful of "sponsored ads" that seem like they are the company you are looking for. Always just try the company name .com first.

I had a product on auto ship

I had a product on auto ship. I canceled that auto ship and got another shipment in the mail. You cannot get in touch with them via phone, and I've had nothing but problems with the several auto ships I had. I have since canceled all auto ships with this company. The worst! I'll look elsewhere for the Standard Process products I need for my animals.

NOT LEGIT!!!

You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. You cannot get a response from email. If you look up their address there isn’t a building.

I have literally had to call Standard Process.

Go to other sites. They do not care.

Very good service

Very good service! Very fast shipping. I called Standard Process to verify if this store is authorized to sell their products, and indeed they are. Standard Process is a very good brand, and now I’m happy I found a store where I can buy this brand for good prices.
