Lots of customizations possible

Lots of customizations possible and definitely recommend to get a sample package for the final decision. Customer service is helpful.

Only drawback is the long lead time after ordering. But I guess then I should have gone for expedited delivery...

It was exactly what I how I thought it…

It was exactly what I how I thought it would be. And the fitting was perfect. Took sometime to receive it, but it was worth waiting for it.

Custom-made furniture with Florian Dornhöfer

We are a couple from Amsterdam who contacted the company because we wanted to develop a custom-made L-shaped corner bookshelf/TV & media piece of furniture with a lot of storage space.

During the development process, we received help from Florian Dornhöfer, who is a very experienced, extraordinarily helpful advisor. Not only is he good in what he does, but he actively thought along with us and suggested several useful changes to our design, as well as discussed technical details with us and his colleagues, to ensure he is able to give the best advice. The result is a wonderful custom-made furniture design, which we were not able to find elsewhere (despite in-depth searches).
100% recommend using this company, and then specifically ask for Florian Dornhöfer - very experienced, helpful and reliable. Thank you so much for your help!

Good experience

The quality of the wardrobes is very good, which makes the price paid a fair one.

A less positive point was the waiting time, it took about 2 months to receive the products. But the most important thing is the quality of the products received.

Not reachable

Unfortunate, we designed 3 cupboards and were ready to order, but customer service remains unreachable (telephone / email). Not a good sign if you are looking to wire 10K to a company to order goods.

Het spijt ons zeer dat u ons niet heeft kunnen bereiken! Door een foutieve technische instelling in ons telefoonsysteem werden sommige oproepen, vooral vanuit Nederland, helaas korte tijd niet goed doorverbonden.
Zodra we ons dit realiseerden, konden we de bereikbaarheid herstellen. Het probleem is nu volledig opgelost en we zijn zoals gewoonlijk voor u beschikbaar en helpen u graag met uw planning en bestellingen.Als u nog vragen heeft, laat het ons dan weten - we gaan direct voor u aan de slag.
