Hi Carmen, sorry you experienced disapointment regarding your contact with Jovie.
You can contact us during office hours. So when contacting us late in the evening, you will receive a reply as soon as possible on the next working day, as was also the case regarding this email send to us.
As mentioned by our fulfillment center, your parcel will be delivered between the 30th of May and the 1st of June. Unfortunately we cannot control the postal service, and how fast they process the delivery. Hopefully the parcel will be delivered on time at your address in Paris. If not, the parcel will find its way back to us and you will be refunded once we have received the parcel at our warehouse.

Great product
Excellent customer service. My baby loves Jovie formula milk; it is easy on his tummy which has been a huge relief after trying other brands. For my own peace of mind, the list of ingredients is one of the cleanest around, and, it seems, the most complete amongst the organic manufacturers.

Best milk
Best milk! I was looking for healthy goat milk based formula for my daughter and Jovie came to the rescue! Formula doesn't contain palm oil, maltodextrin or soy. My daughter felt instantly in love! we are not switching to any other milk ever!

It was very easy to place an order. Track&trace info was available in no time, and we received the Jovie follow-on milk the next day already. Perfectly on time! No shortages for our little Tess, she loves Jovie!
