Best casino I've ever played at, the live help are wonderful. I had a really bad few days at the hospital and I asked live help for some freebies until I got paid. They gave me £60 to play with.
I would have given Joya.casino 5 stats if it hadn't been for just one issue. Joya.casino had a strange way of earning bonuses, never seen it like that before. They have now changed the way they give bonuses which was extremely annoying for me, as i lost out because of the change. At the time I was at 69% wagering for the £105 third bonus, that particular day it changed I had been playing for hours, win, win & winning. Which would have meant, If the bonuses HADN'T CHANGED I can pretty much guarantee that the 3rd bonus wager would have been completed, giving me that £105. The change happened which meant I lost that £105. Sadly that's the reason for 4 stars, If that hadn't happened it would have been 5 huge stars!

Very misleading terms and conditions and generally poor site layout. Poor rtp for me but I’m a realist and I could just have been on a poor run so not blaming them for this. You pay to deposit which I always find a bit naughty as you don’t get a bonus to play with you simply have to keep depositing until you meet the intial wager(just to give you an idea, I got 3% of the way through wagering) so it’s not a bonus it’s a tool to make you deposit more. I won’t be using it again and I suggest you think before you do. Also, the deposit came up as an escort service on my Revolut account! Make of that what you will

it started with the deposit, it stupidly didn’t arrive, they lost it, in the end they resolved the issue with it, there were problems with the deposit, then I wanted to withdraw as usual, it was written that the withdrawal was via mail, in the end I wrote to them by mail, no answer, no hello, they limited access to mine account mail the account was verified and there were no problems, in the end I deposited 280 euros via mail to a TRC-20 wallet, today they finally responded:
