Joybuy sold me a used Ipad as "New"
I bought an iPad from Joybuy, and when it arrived, the box had already been opened. On top of that, the “brand new” iPad had 0% battery and wouldn’t even turn on. The warranty only has three months left — how is this not a second-hand product? Customer service has been giving me the runaround the whole time. We had already agreed on a return/replacement, and I was ready to let it go without making a big deal. But after going back and forth for four or five days, now they’re refusing the return and saying they need to “verify again” with customer service?? ridiculous XDD
Honestly, a word of advice: if you’re buying electronics, just go through official channels. Don’t be like me trying to save time and money — in the end, you’ll lose both.
Plus i posted this worst experience on Chinese social media "RedNote", but eventually somehow my post is banned lol.
