BAD SERVICE and BAD MANNERED ASSISTANTS

My wife spent hundreds on a watch for me, it didn't fit so we took it back can you alter it? No, you will need to send it away 3 to 4 weeks). With the correct tools it would take two mins. A service which every jeweller in the UK would offer because it is a very common request. Can I have my money back? No we don't offer refunds! So I my only choice is to spend €20 on a watch repair kit!!!

My family (from Dubai) and I shop in Corte Ingles all the time during our vacation and have always had excellent service, but I definitely would not recommend shopping at SUAREZ to anyone, especially to people from the United Arab Emirates. I felt the full force of racism while shopping for a gift for my daughter's birthday yesterday while she was present. Our shopping lists in Corte Ingles are always over 4-5 digits without any issue or problem; hence, yesterday, for spending less than 1400 euros, I was put in such a situation that they wanted to know my profession, my company name, and why and how I was spending my money. After I cancelled my purchase and was totally intimidated by their line of questions, I found out that they had already charged my credit card for the full amount. So, for my refund, I'll have to wait 1-2 weeks before I get my money back onto my card for something I paid for but never received, on top of being insulated.P.S. The floor manager, JOSE BAILESTEROS,, had zero knowledge and required training for customer service. very much offended.
