I had a very successful and pleasant experience with JoyHome UK. I had been looking for property by myself and the level of responses from my various queries was poor to non-existent. I received expert local-knowledge of the area from the agent. The list of proposed properties were ideal for investment purposes and matched my requirements. The Introduction fee was very reasonable and it meant that they weren't going to pull the wool over my eyes and sell me anything that went against my best interests. Once I had made up my mind to commit to a particular house, I was offered the option to have a surveyor to go through the nitty gritty and review the house. I was then introduced to a sister company that offered better than market price to manage the property and find a suitable tenant. They made me fully aware of what regulations to follow and what certification was mandatory. Therefore, I was left with a lot of peace of mind and most of the work involved was really from waiting for the estate agents and seller's solicitor to sort out the formalities.
Any questions or queries were welcomed and swiftly responded to.
