I love these food 2.0 things, really convenient and great for recovering from a hangover. I've tried Joylent and Nano and recommend both.

I've ordered and paid for my package with just 5 bags on April 19, today is May 10. On May 3 after hearing absolutely nothing from them (except for the auto-reply which falsely says that the product will be shipped within 3 business days) I wrote them an email and they replied that they didn't have vanilla at the time of order, but we're shipping it right now, promise, sorry-sorry!

A week later they still haven't sent me anything, which would be acceptable in some situations and conditions if they said something. I emailed them again yesterday (a week after previous mail) and my mail got ignored. Still no reply, I seriously regret paying them.

Avoid this business, or at least don't expect what they say to be truth.

EDIT: I've been able to reach out Joylent via their facebook page on the same day as I posted my review. They've shipped my package and answered my question.
I understand that they may have a lot of orders to process, but such bottlenecks have been in place for a long time as far as I can tell from internet reviews, so I hope they step it up and looking forward to try the product.

Just ordered my 5th batch and it arrived two days later, which is amazing considering the international shipping.
The one time i had a problem with shipping they fixed it right away, product does what it states, the people at joylent seem like nice folk from our communication.

The soylent is great, I'm up in energy levels, and I'm shedding a few pounds. But it took forever to get here, which explains the missing star!

I must admit that I was a bit suspicious about the company and the product before I ordered. Actually, I wanted to get Soylent (a comparable American product) which originally got me interested in food in powdered food -- it's a great idea! But Soylent is only available in USA, so while looking for alternatives, I found Joylent, which I am very glad I did.

I have tried Joylent for almost a month now and I mainly use it to replace my dinner. It does a great job at that.

Joylent is easy and fast to make, healthy, satiating and affordable. Of course it's not the most interesting of foods to eat, but it is a very good alternative to when you are in a hurry, and don't feel like you have time to cook a real dinner. I have had great success using this product -- it has saved my daily life as a full time student many times (by saving me a lot of time, and I also feel healthier than ever). What should I do without Joylent? I highly recommend it.

I think Joylent is a trustworthy company, with a product that keeps improving, I like that. Keep it up!
