Show the true size in the picture. I don’t know how many times I bought something on the computer and the picture looks huge. The Santa looks huge and it’s just a small little round wreath, nothing special that it looks like in the picture. If it’s almost all the way across the door in the picture, it doesn’t even fit in between my glass,It’s too small. Very disappointed.

What I received was not the earrings…
What I received was not the earrings pictured but a flat photo covered in plastic. In short, a piece of junk that wasn't worth anything and that I would bre ashamed to wear.

Did not receive the product shown
The item that was advertised and that I purchased does not match the one that was delivered. The listing showed very attractive pictures and size specifications. What I received was a poor-quality, ugly product that lacks all the advertised features, and the size is supposed to be 24 cm. The model measures just 16 cm on its longest side. This is a complete scam, and you usually have to pay for return shipping yourself.
According to our return policy, you must return eligible items at your own expense to receive a 70% refund (30% covers the manufacturing fee for personalized products).
