Do not spend your money with this company!!!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! All the reviews about getting a return voucher are true. I placed a large order with them and have not sent me through a return address and not answering my emails. Will never deal with again. This company should be struck off, unprofessional and not conforming to a business standards. Obviously set up to scam people. No protocol.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company.
My dress looks nothing like the photo. trying to return is not happening and you only have a short time to do it. They have not replied to with of my requests to return NEVER AGAIN. less than 1 star…..
I have given up after 15 emails photos & numbers. The high cost of return to China makes it not worth it. They won!!! DO NOT FALL FOR PRETTY PHOTOS. Bee

Avoid Joymitty!

Oh my goodness. I will never be caught again by not reading Trustpilot reviews again. I ordered 4 items. They took weeks to arrive and apart from one item, they were shapeless, not as per the advertisement, appalling quality etc etc. I asked for directions on how to return all items and eventually received replies…first offering 10% refund to keep the items. After refusing to do so I was then offered 25% refund to keep them. I have refused and returned them yesterday at a cost of £24!
I’ll be interested in how long it takes to get my refund…if ever I do. I’ll keep trustpilot informed…..

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here. The material is very poor quality, the seams are wonky and the hems don’t even line up. The clothes are shapeless and nothing like the pictures on line. You can only return to china at huge cost. No customer service to speak of. A company as shoddy as the clothes they try to pass off.

Very shabby clothes

Very shabby clothes. 2 dresses that according to the sizing should have fit a size 18 but wouldn't fit a size 10! Badly made!! Would cost more than paid to return. Don't buy from this site!!!

I wish I had read reviews before…

I wish I had read reviews before placing my order for two t-shirts. They looked so nice online. I waited a month on the first one and when it did arrive it was huge!! I emailed THEM several times for the return address. only

They said wait until the second one arrives before returning it.
After a few more weeks I was told due to high demand it was still not available. I was afraid I wouldn't get my money back due to late date so again I asked for an address to return it and get a refund for the second one.
The address was in China!!
They asked me to send photos of the first one which I did, laying one of my own on top so they could see the difference. The reply was: it will be very expensive to return it so we could give you 15% instead.
I asked at the post office and the cheapest way was £17.40 more than the t-shirt which was a sale item.
I did get £17 back for the cancellation of the second one after almost two months. The photo on line and actual product are so completely different I could hardly believe it. Very cheap and shoddy. I have emailed to say I will not be returning the huge t-shirt but will donate it to Oxfam and have to accept the loss of about £25 for the shirt £17 plus £8.00 postage they charged as no further offer has been made. I notice after reading other comments it is a computer generated reply nothing personal about it so despite what they say customer services really don't care about items not fitting and returns, they just keep the money knowing its too expensive to returns anything. BEWARE!
I'm so disappointed as I was looking forward to ordering lots of items as they looked lovely online. I will make sure I deal with a UK company in future or stick to the shops!

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. They do cheap copies of garments which are dreadfully made. You can send them back but at your own cost. I bought some shoes which fell apart after first wear with the top coming away completely from the sole. Joymitty suggested I take them to be mended which was not an option as they were so badly made. Paid £15 to return!

Avoid joy Mitty - cheap

Shirt ordered eventually after weeks, and when it arrived extremely poor cheaply made, material feels dreadful and quality is appalling, must have cost pennies to make.
Now trying to get money back, have to send it back to China at my own cost and they’ll decide if it arrives if they’ll refund me, or I can take a 20% discount to go away!!!
Avoid buying anything from this company!
I won’t go away until I get a full refund and will leave as much negative feedback on sites as I can.
Note the standard responses below, even to the person who never used them, joke of a cheap nasty rip off company

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. the clothes are poor quality and they don't honour returns. I have been trying to get my money back since 17th March 2022 and they claim they haven't received my return and blame it on international post. I replied...
'So answer why you are refusing to recognise receiving my return when...
"UK to China postage will usually arrive within 1- 9 days, depending on the service you choose. If you're looking for an urgent service, TNT Express will deliver your postage to China within 1-3 days."
Don't talk nonsense and be honourable and update your system and make my return. The fault is at your end and your system needs updating.
This has been going on since 17th March. There is no way a return takes this long.
I will never give up until I get my money back!'
I'm in it for the long haul as I hate dishonest companies.

Thanks Trustpilot for true reviews

I was going to purchase a dress from Joy Mitty. The online reviews were good. Decided to google and that's when I found out about the awful service that her customers have received. Thanks Trustpilot - you've saved me from a truly bad experience. Watchdog or similar needs to be contacted.
See generic reply - I haven't bought nor do I ever intend to buy. This company doesn't care!
PS - Does ANYONE believe the positive review?? I don't.

Beware trying to return a garment.

I ordered a top, in the correct size, according to sizing guidelines, for £19 approx, including vat. I noticed that in their 'returns' policy, the garment should still have tags attached. The top was far too small so I did want to return it. There were no tags nor any washing instructions on the garment; only the size stitched in. When I contacted Joy Mitty by email, they asked me to take a photograph of the top and send it to them. I said I did not have a smart phone so I could not do that. Their next email told me that such was the cost I might incur, customs, etc, it would not be worth my returning the garment and that this information was printed their returns policy. This information was not clear.
Their sizings are completely wrong and they must be making a lot of money from customers who want to return clothes because of this. I complained about this, after which they offered me a refund of 15% ! Running out of options, I replied, using the email they had sent me, that I would accept the 15%. That was 2 month's ago and I have not had a reply, even though I sent a second email in the same vein. I thought the whole process completely favoured the seller, not the buyer. I have not received the small and derisory sum of money, which I did not think I would anyway. This, I think, is a form of fraud and should be investigated.

I have not received my goods ordered in March and no matter how many complaints I've made and requests for a refund, I am ignored. This is the reason why orders from companies in China have such a bad reputation. I will never again support a Chinese company

My wife made order & i payed via pay…

My wife made order & i payed via pay pal ,they have not provided order no & no delivery dates anything they keep asking for order no to check there end (jokers) just going around in circle, have now taken issue to paypal & see what happens ,any advice would be appreciated .
Not really replied have they ? I have contacted PPay & they have contacted a company called FASHION DH & have given them several days to reply ,wont hold my breath ! Have to say its caught us out & feel a bit of a plum but fingers crossed for all of you same position ! Good Luck

You cannot opt out of emails completely. The best you can do is suspend them for 6 months...this is really not acceptable.

Apparently you cannot delete your account either.
