Joy share is great because I bought a used phone that was not loaded with apple software and it made me so upset. But on found this on YouTube and it help me get rid of the password and restore it which helped me not spend more money

I had a friend come from the US, he had a glitch on his iPhone then he brings out his laptop and goes on Joyoshare UltFix. The app fixed the glitch, ever since then I had loved the Joyoshare ultfix.

Contrary to their claim, the app does not always unlock devices locked with an Apple ID.

I contacted customer support with evidence it could not unlock my iPad. They would not accept to do a refund.

From my experience, this company is scam.
Stay away.

Edit : in case the same thing happens to you and they refuse to do a refund, contact Fastspring, who handles payment for them. They will do a refund.

Purchased an app from this company, tried to unlock my phone four(4) times. Then Over a week of trying to contact their support before someone responded to help with my situation, A Mila finally responded and informed me their website fails to mentions that it does not wotk with my problem and offered me a refund of 40% of my payment Would not recommend investing any funds with Joyoshare

Followed all instructions to a tee and the apple ID did not work and it activation locked my iPhone 7. Still waiting for reply from customer service

Company does NOT stand by their money back guarantee. I bought the Joyoshare iPasscode unlocker software and it did NOT work to unlock my iPhone. I reached out for technical support and was told to download another program to "debug" and troubleshoot their non-functional software. That's an unreasonable request of someone who gave you money for a product that didn't work. My time is more valuable than to help them continue to refine their faulty product.

I was in need of a good software which may unlock my iPhone X & was struggling for the last 1.5 years, I feel lucky to find Joyoshare.
it’s a marvelous app with multiple utilities and easy to use, it served my purpose which was almost impossible for me.

Site promised a 30% discount on their product for a review on this platform; did not deliver.

However, the free version works well. I was able to convert my files as well as cut the length without any problems at all; though the file size is restricted.
